Had our property with another Albany agency for 2 years or more and had no feed back from them and less than 3 people look at it that we know of. They even did not respond to other agencies when they requested to take prospective buyers through our house so we found out later. So we gave our property to Rhonda Taylor at Prestige real-estate and within no time at all had people going through the house and within a matter of a couple of months had an offer and sold the house. We would recommend Rhonda, Lyn and the rest of the Prestige team to anyone wanting to sell their property. Brilliant work and many thanks to you all.

I contacted them expressing interest for one of their properties. Geoff gave a positive answer and mentioned to get back to me within days with feedback from the proprietor of said property - I never heard from him anymore since ... very poor business attitude.
