We stayed at the Queen and Single (one bedroom) Suite. The unit was huge and had a fully equipped kitchen, the WiFi was fast and the heated mattress pads were certainly very thoughtful for a cold night. We were however slightly alarmed by one of the rooms in the unit that was locked. It would be better if there could be a note stuck on the door to explain what it was so that we wouldn’t be worried needlessly that someone might come out from behind the locked door in the middle of the night.

The best place for a family. If you are visiting apbany and you are a family with kids then definitely you need a kitchen and specious place to stay. We have been staying here from last 2 years whenever we visit albany because of tracy and her amazing attitude towards her customers. We had a baby so she let us check in early so i can relax my kid. And the website do not have updates photos. They have renovated the place with all the new and nice equipments except the toilet. But its clean so we dont mind it.

Don’t stay here! Couldn’t sleep with other guests having parties until late into the night and then starting again early in the morning. Owners are uncontactable and clearly don’t care even if there are parties happening. Place was also not cleaned properly and had a bad odour.

We stayed in one of the units of this property during Easter break and it made our stay a very comfortable one. We had everything we need for our stay and Tracey was very helpful to us. Close to town, quiet and safe.

Love this place. We stayed here for three nights with famity and friends. We got two rooms with kitchen facilities inside. Two rooms located two sides of the accommidation and living room accompanied by a kitchen. A lot of utensils were kept to use including dishwasher. The facility has got two separate bathrooms, tv, fridge, table, sofa, microwave, and gas stove. They have separate beds for kids in each room. I like the cleanliness as well. Customer service is excellent. If I go to Albany, I wish to book this accommodation again.

The place was nice and I would have been happy to suggest a few things but what happened when we checked out has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety.

An hour after we checked out after our stay on 1-3 October, we got messages saying I was seen on their CCTV going into their store room, taking items and demanded we take her stuff back or pay $1,500 or the matter will go to the Police.
1) I don't even know where their store room is.
2) No one was there the whole weekend we stayed and even when we checked out on a Monday (3/10/22) at 8:30am.
So how in the world was the owner so sure it was me?
And I'm still waiting for the copy of the CCTV footage from the Police because the owners didn't show it to us. She sounded 100% sure it was me but didn't even did an identity check first and we haven't met face-to-face.
Never coming back for sure.

Staying here at the moment. Heather (if I remember right) is fantastic. Explained all the albany spots to visit. Very friendly. The spa room is very well maintained. Large rooms and a lovely lounge. Will be back

Comfortable bed and good location. Nice and quiet. Has laundry facilities which is great. Host Heather very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.
