Dreadful service and customer service from their online store. Non slip mats ordered almost three weeks ago and no order confirmation or tracking sent until a complaint was lodged. A response from the company with no apology or explanation directed me to "contact Aus Post directly with any further questions and concerns regarding delivery and time frames", despite the fact that Australia Post had only received the tracking information that day, almost three weeks after the order was placed.

The worst experience with this organisation. They promised to deliver hire equipment on a day and time and then accused me of making it up even though I had 2 other people that could confirm the conversation. They then offered an option again for delivery today of a different item and again when nothing arrived i followed up only to be told they had not made that arrangement, again I had 2 witness to the conversation. I was made to feel that I was lying about these arrangements,
I recommend dealing with Coast Care Medical as an excellent business as opposed to Aged Care and Medical an untrustworthy business.

The biggest thanks to Aged Care and Medical! I've been commuting to Melbourne from Brisbane almost every weekend for a powerchair football competition and need to hire a patient lifter each time. The team at Aged Care and Medical (special shout out to Selina) always go above and beyond, helping me through all the complexities of accessible travel. It's a daunting process travelling/flying without a lifter - so knowing with certainty that one is waiting for me at the hotel brings me such peace of mind.

The team at Aged Care & Medical were very knowledgeable and were able to point me in the right direction. Their delivery is prompt and the staff were very friendly and professional. Their prices seemed to be cheaper than others when I did a comparison.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered some walkers through this company and after 2 weeks of waiting they cancelled my order. After questioning why, it was stated that we didn't reply to an email (we did). Poor communication and a very unorganised company.

Aged Care & Medical were able to deliver the required rental equipment (hoist) promptly. Their team arrived in uniform and were very professional. Upon their visit, they were also able to assist with a ramp and handrail to ensure the participant could continue to be mobile safely in their home. Their customer service team were friendly and kept us informed on delivery dates and stock availability.

I highly recommend the team and will be sure to book them again!
