Ordered some items for busy seasons and received a week and half later but one item/melamine sauce dish came wrongly.
I rang up to customer centre but she asked me to contact only by email to online team.
I got answer two weeks later by email from Sarah. But actually she didn't do anything until I reminded a week later.
Unbelievably , I received the exactly same wrong item again
I asked to check why by email
but no reply at all.

Already more than a month and half since claimed. Still not fixed

It looks good with a lot of ranges and good price with quality item Zon web site but follow up customer service need to be faster and improved.

Got some glasses. Good price and great website. However click and collect service was poor and left waiting for over 20 minutes.
Also received a bit of attitude when entering via their loading dock to collect the click and collect.

Selling a faulty thermometer that never reach 0C° or 100 °C to customer and ignore all the emails. Shame on your business that mainly selling kitchen equipment but unable to sell an accurate food thermometer!

**UPDATE ON 26 MARCH 2024
The supplier admitted that it is not accurate for food safety and I got the refund on it. In term of customer service, please don't assume that they will be good.

The owner replied my review below and just proofs how bad their customer service are. I have all the emails record seriously I can publish all the emails to shows who is lying. 7 days of waiting but he said reply me within one day. This is a joke. Secondly, I bought a deep fry/candy thermometer which in the photos to do deep frying. Now the owner said I bought a wrong thermometer? If the thermometer is not for deep fryer why do you put "deep fry" on the website? Thirdly, I even offered to return that thermometer but it looks like they ignored it again? Please deeply think about who is writing the unfair feedback. I have been in an e-commerce industry for more than 4 years. Everyday I have seen ppl complaints about something is faulty. The right attitude is - Investigate why is it faulty and communicate with your manufacturer/supplier to see how to improve. Instead of blaming the customer bought the wrong thing.

It's easy enough to find the time to post negative reviews, but I find when you're a long-time loyal paying customer to a company that offers excellent and professional service it doesn't take too much out of your day to find the time even in a busy day to give a post of appreciation. I've always found the people upstairs from AGC are patient and give me the time of day in answering all my questions about a particular product and go that one step further to recommend other products which are actually better suited to my needs. This takes the pressure off of me and I can feel confident that I'm buying from someone that isn't just focussed on making a sale.
