My wife and I are very dissatisfied with the treatment we received from African Dreams.
We booked land arrangements on the island of Reunion but not all the services we paid for were provided.When I requested a refund they were most unhelpful and it took them
almost 3 weeks to verify that we had not been given "The Meet & Greet" for which we had paid.Our whole experience with this company was unpleasant.
They are obviously not interested in customer satisfaction.My advice is to avoid this company.I have written evidence to back up my comments.
Almost a year after publishing this comment I was contacted by a member of the staff
and offered an apology and a small compensation which we accepted.Better late than never.

We have used African Dreams for multiple years, due to the pandemic and shuffling of flights and requesting of credits or refunds AD could not have made things more difficult.
Charging exorbitant processing and re booking fees, would not answer or return phone calls or emails.
When contacted Air Mauritius directly they indicated that they are not charging fees that AD have been. This has been a process over 18mths and still awaiting an end result for us and many friends.
Buyer beware.
