We will forever be grateful to Michelle at Africa Calls Travel & Safari for planning our once in a lifetime trip to Tanzania! Friendly and helpful from beginning to end - Great communication, very experienced, practical, detailed and super informative, she was on the go with us even from the middle of the Serengeti. Absolutely brilliant! I met with Michelle about 12 months before our holiday with a very loose plan of what myself and my three kids wanted to do. Michelle went away and worked out an itinerary that covered exactly what we wanted. She gave us plenty of options and was able to give expert and accurate advice. We spent half of our time at a game lodge in Zimbabwe, which could not have been more perfect, above all expectations and half of our time at Vic Falls. Michelle was able to advise us of great activities to do at Vic Falls and had all of them organised before we left. Her connections in Zimbabwe took us everywhere and were always on time and reliable. This took all the hassles of travel away. We were able to relax and enjoy all that Africa could offer us. Thank you so much, Michelle; you made my three kids' first overseas trip a lifelong memory.

We highly recommend Africa Calls! Michelle went over and above to help us find the perfect accomodation in South Africa and Mauritius. She also followed up, checking in and updating us on current conditions during our travels. Unexpected but it was very helpful to have someone to reach out to when we needed help getting further accomodation due to a cyclone. It is definitely worth getting advice and booking through someone like Michelle with so much local knowledge and personal experience.

Contacted Michelle at Africa Calls Travel & Safari to arrange a safari tour for us in the Medikwe area of South Africa. We had chosen our 3 lodges which we wanted to stay at and asked Michelle with very short notice to arrange for us. Plus to arrange all transfers and flights internally plus airport hotel accommodation. Michelle was very quick to arrange everything we asked for and gave us so much more detail to make our transfers and arrival at OR Tambo seamless and very easy.
During our holiday we were in contact with Michelle via WhatsApp which was a nice thing to be able to do and felt both reassurring and also that our chosen agent was interested in our trip ongoing not just drop us and onto the next client as can happen. At all times Michelle has proven to have attention to detail and goes the extra mile to make certain our trip is how we wished it to be. We will definitely be using her services again for our next African adventure which cannot come quick enough!

Michelle planned
our trip to South Africa. With her advice and tips we enjoyed our trip to the maximum visiting places like the amazing area of Maboneng in Johannesburg, the excellent hop on hop off bus and using the Gauteng train in Jo'burg. The drive from Capetown in a hire car to Port Elisabeth via the wonderful wine districts of Stellenbosch and Franschoek and along the garden route was excellent. Her recommendations for accommodation, restaurants and points of interest in Capetown and along the route were invaluable. We enjoyed our trip so much that we will go back next year and we will definitely call on Michelle to organise everything.
