To say that we were incredibly disappointed, is an understatement.
The van broke down when we were out with our children in the filthy hot sun. We were told to 'have it towed' to the nearest mechanic. And then what? Be left with no car? My God, I can't even begin to go into that.
Unlike every other car rental business, this one doesn't link your rental with a personal toll account. We were charged a hefty $10 'admin fee' and not the one from the toll providers either. This, according to the woman who 'processes' the toll notices individually (which is a lie, these can be done in bulk); this $10 covered her 'time & efforts' transferring them into our name. This being said, I then asked her if she would kindly allow me to come and collect the incoming toll notices (apparently a lag in them being sent) and subsequently transfer them all into our etoll account. She flatly refused and continued sending us the notices WITH the $10 fee. Money grab much?
We do a whole lot of travel for work, we use the toll roads often. Had it been made clear to me, that we had to link the car to our own account MANUALLY, I would have. They charged us a total of $800 just in admin fees, which could've been avoided had she just allowed me to put them onto our toll account myself.

I was fighting a fruitless battle. They kept our $800 bond and put it all down to their 'admin fees'. Disgusting, unfair and unjust. A complete money grab which probably paid for part of their annual Christmas Party. She was a horrible person to deal with actually.
I will also add, that two employees at the time, completely threw the owner AND this lady under the bus, stating it was a horrible, disorganised, shady business to work for.
This review has been a long time coming. This isn't about money so much as it is about ripping small time people off who are trying to earn a living HONESTLY.. Terrible work ethic. Never again. Ever.

Great little company. Cheapest rentals you'll find. The manager even dropped me back home after returning the car which was great.

3rd time using. Will come back. Cars are on the cheaper side so don't expect to get premium vehicles, but if you are looking for A-B vehicles that won't break the bank, definitely this company

Update: Another further year of trouble free motoring. Just swapped out, Tom the manager was fast, and great service!
