When you need someone with real product knowledge, these guys are brilliant. With barefoot shoes it's so hard to find that kind of deep understanding and experience, especially in Australia. Andrew spent half an hour with me explaining the ins and outs of the shoe designs, materials, manufacturing. Will definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a pair of shoes which didn't fit well and requested a refund at 7pm at night after work. Andy called me to troubleshoot and had the correct size shipped out first thing the next day, and provided a label for the wrong size shoes to be returned. Exceptional service from someone who really cares about their customers and well-priced in comparison to other websites.

Genuinely the best customer service I’ve ever received. Sent through a request to refund as the size didn’t fit properly and within a minute the owner was on the phone letting me know all the options and sent out the new size the next day with express shipping. I’m genuinely blown away and I will definitely be shopping from here again!

Amazing customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes that didn't fit, so sent an email asking if by any chance they had a bigger size in the warehouse. Next day I received a personal call from Andy to let me know that they had found a pair and were sending to me straight away. If only we had more shops with this level of care and attention to their customers. Highly recommend them!

I bought some amazing shoes from Adventure Co and my big toe must have caused a small hole in the shoe over time (possibly from doing lunges without socks and having a sharp toenail).
I loved these shoes, so I went on the Adventure Co live chat section of the website to enquire of the return conditions and upload my pics.

The Owner Andy instantly responded on the live chat and asked if it would be easier if he calls me to discuss options.

He was friendly and professional advising that the manufacturer may delay and not necessarily accept this particular return due to where the hole was developing, but Adventure Co was happy to replace free of charge based on the pics and particular information I had provided. I was absolutely stoked!

The direct replacement was out of stock in my size, so he gave me several alternatives and the option to wait for new stock or next season style to arrive.

I chose to wait and he contacted me with more options as more stock had become available, and I received my favourite colour replacement in the post within a few days.

I was blown away by the service. Even if they don’t have your preferred model in stock (these shoes sell out quickly in most stores as are extremely popular), I would definitely recommend contacting the store via live chat/phone/email and see what they have coming in.

Thank you Andy & Adventure Co for the best service that I can remember and I have my new favourite replacement shoes in my favourite colour!

Much like all the other reviews, Adventureco's customer service has been incredible. I got my first pair within a couple days of ordering (it was a weekend). Then upon receipt, I realized I ordered the wrong size. Andy from Adventureco organized a SAME DAY replacement, without me even sending back the bigger pair. Silly me, the second pair was still too large.
Andy again, organized a third pair to be sent, working with me to figure out the best day to send them. The two bigger pairs were then collected by the logistics company they use. Top notch service.
I cannot recommend Adventureco enough. I look forward to future purchases.
