Great experience at Adventure gear Albury! Staff are always friendly! I went in as an inexperienced multi-day hiker looking for all the gear and left feeling very prepared. Shane was very knowledgeable about the appropriate pack needed for my planned hikes, he also adjusted and fitted this for me in store. All other gear recommendations came with real honest opinions based off experience, whilst keeping in mind my personal needs for my travels. I was provided with all the answers to my questions. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Bought my first hiking boots from adventure gear, Shane served me and asked me what I was after and recommended a boot that would suit my needs. Shane sized my feet to assure a good fit. These guys have great knowledge of their products.

I could not fault the service, assistance and advice I received from the team at Adventure Gear Albury. They made the process of selecting the right equipment very easy, and that will certainly save headaches out in the bush. I would definitely be going to see these guys. This is one if the best spots in Albury to get adventure gear and is a high end rival to Anaconda. The team here were really great and had excellent customer service. I purchased some walking sticks and they coached me on how to fit them and use them. They are helpful and not pushy. They have a huge range of gear in there. It is situated in the Main Street so can sometimes be hard to get a park close but worth’s the walk. Highly recommend for the products and the service. ✅✅✅

Looking for more stars! Gus! Oh what a magician: totally magic person with his help and getting things done. ? ? Chasing orthotics for our daughter hiking The Bibbulmun Track. Yep, we have them, yep we can express them to W.A., "and as I am on on Monday, I shall txt you when I send them, and I have now packaged them ready to go." This was Saturday afternoon last weekend. Planning a trip to Bali and India and was thinking of getting a travel bag and shoes.
The younger guy serving us was incredibly knowledgeable and great to talk to. Both times I left feeling that he was trying to do what was best for me rather than just being sold something.
Awesome and reliable shop!
