When going into this business we took on a great risk. Many prospects were considered some negative and some positive. In an uncertain time, holding great risks Kevin was able to pull out what our values and important aspects of our philosophy were and turn this into a business strategy plan. During our consult a clear vision was obtained, with marketing steps and the knowledge of how to and what to do with our resources.

I had many compliments regarding our website, some stating that our website was so impressive that they felt they were approaching a trust worthy business due to the dedication and detail of the site. The aim for us was to direct families to make a phone call and inquire about the centre. Our business started from zero enrollments and was built to 80% prior to the opening date. We looked at the strategy objectively and considered all possible outcomes for the business plan and how other rivals may rebut our strong prescience.

Kevin directed us to purchase his book 'I just want it to work', this ended up being a great inspiration and tool for the next few months as I took to social media to create the buzz and branding of our philosophy.
