The rooms were terrible. One of the bedrooms had a power outlet at the very end of the beds and was very inconvenient there was no bedside table, no small light, just a big one in the ceeling that was too bright. In one of the bathrooms, there was no shampoo left in it. The showers were tough to operate and caused a lot of racket and inconvenience. The curtains used for privacy in the bathroom were also a poor decor choice. The paint on the wall in the bathroom was also coming off. The screen doors to the balcony kept coming off the hinges and were very hard to close. Curtains were off their things and hard to move. The location was mostly good as we were in the city and close to shops.

Paid just under $3000 for 6 nights and the room was not serviced once. We had to keep going to reception to collect toilet paper and other necessities.
The pool was not available to use and this was not disposed until after the booking was paid for.
Better places to stay in Canberra !!

Apartments look very tired and in need of updating. Some new furniture and a coat of paint would do the trick. Excellent location and pool, good for a short stay. Print your own pillows.

My family decided to spend the week of Christmas 2024 in Canberra. We booked a two bedroom apartment at the Adina James Court. The location was ideal - walking distance to Civic and many restaurant options. The apartment was fine - spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Good location and that's about it, expensive for the condition of the room. Maccas drive though speaker was directly below our room so was woken all night and early morning. Aircon didn't work in bedroom, whole room felt dirty and needs a good deep clean.

The cleaning staff lost my eye mask when changing sheets, also I left my sunglasses on the table and contacted the staff for them to get returned to me. I never received the glasses with multiple times contacting them

Perfectly situated walking distance to restaurants and bars in Braddon. Service was above and beyond (posted my lost property to me). Not our first stay here, won't be our last either.
