Great location right beside the river. Amenities were brilliant, always clean. Everything is within walking distance. There are footpaths the whole way around the river. I would recommend staying there.

Booking into the caravan park was very easy. The park is only small and beautifully maintained. O e phone call and you know your spot and find the key for the amenities block. We spent two days and it was very relaxing. The amenities block is very clean and well looked after- just like your own ensuite shower fabulous. It is just a short walk to the shops and pubs. There is a walk at the end of the caravan park that goes up to the old gold mill - well maintained pathway with soon to be open sculptures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a great site right beside the river, under the trees which were shedding their autumn leaves. Access was very easy, and toilets/showers appear to be fairly new and spotless. Short easy walk across the pedestrian bridge over the river to the main street and Services Club. Eating options in town very limited when we stayed (pub only open for meals 3 or 4 nights a week, and Club didn't offer meals ATM), but the supermarket suggested trying microwave McCains "Pub Size" meals which we did - a great find!

We were made feel welcome, the amenities were nice and clean and maintained, the grounds were beautiful and regularly maintained; everything about our stay was great. This was the first time in three months FT on the road that I felt relaxed and happy, and it was all down to the helpful and friendly managers and neat, clean and beautiful site.

A great caravan park in a great little town.
Only a small caravan park with about 7 cabins and 8 or so caravan sites.
The toilet block has 5 shower toilet combos one of which has wheelchair access.
There is a well appointed laundry.
These facilities are very modern and well maintained very clean equal to or better than many motels.

Golden Gully is a wonderful little caravan park. It boasts 7 cabins ranging from single or a family of 6 I think and has powered sites for caravans or room for tents as well. The amenities are new just installed and the park is pet friendly. The owners are very friendly and also run the Community and Services club in town where refreshments, lunch and dinner can be found. The park is a short distance from some local attractions the old gold mine and water falls. It also has a resident platypus in the creek behind the park. The country setting is a marvelous place to unwind.
