This is by far the best fun we had in months!
Aussie and Scotty who run the show are incredibly experienced, amazingly organized and most of all very patient.
This was my first time on a Jet Ski, they made me so comfortable and confident with the process, the Jet Ski which enabled me to have awesome fun. Their communication is on point and they are super friendly and fantastic at what they do..
Whether it is your first time or if you are a veteran, you will have unlimited fun in the water guaranteed! Thanks again Aussie/Scotty ..I will be back soon !

We bought this JetSki experience for our 16 year old son and nephews for Christmas. The boys had an absolute blast!
Those jet skis really move! Aussie was very patient teaching the lads how to use the machines as well as the rules around the water. Lads are still raving about it weeks later. Only problem is, now my son wants his own JetSki. We took our own wetsuits and bought goggles from Aussie/Scotty. The boys loved the experience and we highly recommend to others! We’ll be back…Thanks!

Update: After leaving this review, the business owner--whom we had previously not spoken to--contacted us to apologize and offer a full refund. We appreciate his efforts with this.

I was really excited to show my boyfriend where I grew up -- via a jet ski, nonetheless! Unfortunately, that didn’t end up happening (regardless of the $300 we paid for a '90-minute' tour).

The tour guide was completely unprofessional, not getting us into the water until an hour after our scheduled departure time, and then only allowing us to ride for about 10 minutes due to our jet ski breaking down.

The entire group suffered when the tour was ultimately cancelled and nobody received a refund. The onsite manager said this is typical and she can't afford to eat the cost every time her jet skis break down, which she mentioned was not uncommon. Even though the whole group was flabbergasted and seemed to agree that we didn’t receive the experience we paid for, she never budged, or even apologized for the inconvenience.

Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. But what upset me the most was how the onsite manager treated us all, like she didn't care that our days were ruined or that we were each out $300. She still hasn't made any effort to resolve this issue. Claiming that she's called or emailed us or that we've come to some sort of agreement is a blatant lie.

What an experience it was! The tour guide lady in red dress took us on a lifetime experience with dolphins. She gave us more than an hour time in the water. We got to swim with dolphins in middle of ocean with all safety. I Highly recommend this jetski company.

We had heaps of fun during our 1 hour 'adventure'! Loretta was a great guide and looked after us and our differing experience levels really well. Tips for adventurers: wear a hat with an under-chin toggle (I lost my cap - doh!), sun block, sun block, sun block and wear a pair of cheap sunnies (that if you lose, you won't be sad about). Make sure you've got a rashie and shorts too - the more coverage the better.
Overall, excellent experience and heaps of fun. 🙂

We hired a Seadoo wake pro from the great team at Adelaide Jetski Adventures for a day, and was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the team, in particular Tony.
A very well thought out safety process, very good condition Jetski and a new
high quality trailer made it easy for a beach launch.
The team were quite flexible with pick up and drop off timings for us with our holiday home as well.

Looking forward to hiring again soon, maybe up a model with some even more horse power ☺️
