We had a great time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms we're clean and serviced everyday (this wasn't expected). It was quiet at night and easy to travel to local sites.

I've stayed here a number of times and I really like the hotel. The location is brilliant and the price is very good value. Yes the rooms are dated, but for the cost it is a great place to stay. The owner is also polite and helpful

Positive: Spacious clean and modern room. Great air conditioning. Clean and powerful shower. Plenty of parking spaces. Perfect location (for me), close to places I needed to go to.
Very helpful and nice staff, specially the main lady at the reception who was so accommodating.
Supermarket right next door. A big shopping centre nearby. A bakery in front of the motel.
I also went for a run in the mornings, nice streets and a good variety of hills.

Negative: WiFi wasn't good, I was in one of the rooms above the pool.
The mattress was a bit soft for me, but I have back issues.

It is close to some food shops, which is very handy and it’s about 15 minutes from the city
If you’re traveling for work for a couple of days, I think it’s OK but not if you’re going on a holiday
And it can be noisy, especially upstairs if you’re sleeping down the bottom
The bed was comfortable, which helps
The price is OK but a little high for what you get

The booked value room was in the back. It looked as if there were permanent Residents, the way it presented itself. Lots of smokers, cigarette buts on the floor. Cat infront of one room on a towel. Person with a dog. Our room was ok but very tired looking. Ashtray outside room "balcony "area (shared) was not clean. The staff member at reception was kind enough to show us 2 other rooms. We picked one, and paid the up price. The rooms do need cleaning, small curly hair on basin, bathroom floor and bath. Found a rusty beer bottle lid on bathtub. One pretty much empty shower gel bottle on the side of bath tub with the beer bottle lid. Had to clean all surfaces they had stains. We had only a half of toilet roll. We did get another one when we asked at the reception. Taps need new washers they don't turn off properly. Fan in bathroom has toilet paper stuck underneath to ? Assist with noise? Toilet brush was disgusting has paper stuck all over it. Toilet paper holder is nearly falling off the wall. We were able to use washing machine, dryer broken. Pool was freezing, it was nice on a hot day like today to cool off. The hot tub that is next to the pool is broken and not usable. All in all the place needs a really good clean, and TLC. It says room service? Well our bins would benefit of emptying, especially in bathroom. It has been 2 hot days already. We are booked for 4. Bed linen was clean.
The staff member at reception was very friendly and helpful.
If I would have known that we would need to upgrade we would have booked a nicer, cleaner place.

Quiet and spacious rooms, although dated. Pool was refreshing on a hot day and reception was friendly. Limited amenities including no drinking water. Weird smell throughout the place, and air conditioning unit barely worked, spitting out black dust over the bed and making the room stuffy.

Best shower water pressure I've had in a motel and soft thick towels. Bed comfy, clean large size room (standard room), I was at the back of the property which was quiet, hardly any traffic noise. Bathroom a bit outdated and I would prefer a coffee mug rather than the tiny cup and saucer but overall great value for money.
