Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. My initial consult was terrible, I was given no support in selecting a mask and when I said it was uncomfortable, was given a lecture on my attitude. It did not improve. There were a number of issues and when I contacted the company was told I just needed to get used to it. Requested a different mask during the trial and this was refused. Basically $400 out of pocket for no gain

Not as helpful as other CPAP services I've used. Firstly, my friend did not lie down testing the mask (they don't have facilities for this). Also due to them not working over the holiday period, my friend was unable to trial a fixed pressure machine. I also asked if we were able tompurchase the software and the woman had no idea. (You can; online) We went in for results and they couldn't download them. We eventually got results and an offer of a fixed pressure machine but the whole experience was pretty average. Will be buying a machine online for $400 less!

I have been with Adelaide CPAP Service for the entire time since diagnosis with moderate sleep apnoea and Brad has been more than helpful throughout that time. His extensive knowledge is impressive and though he is happy to take you through every option available there is no pressure to purchase any particular item. You can make an informed decision in your own time.

When you’ve been diagnosed with sleep apnea and advised to buy a machine, it can be overwhelming so we were delighted to have chosen ‘Adelaide CPAP Service at Glenunga. We were never pushed into buying a machine and actually advised to hire one for a few weeks to see which one suited. My husband tried several different masks until he found the one that best suited him. Each time we go back, the staff are always professional, caring and very supportive. Their knowledge of the condition and CPAP machines is excellent. We highly recommend this business.
