I had the privilege of going up in the beautiful great lakes biplane with Martyn this morning. All I can say is WOW!! It was the most amazing experience I have ever had. Thank you for turning my dream into reality. Absolutely awesome!! Highly recommend.

What an amazing place to visit so close to the city. Always an airshow, particularly on weekends. Adelaide Bi Planes whilst priding themselves in their Bi Plane fleet has so much more to offer. Flight training, charter, Joy flights (with or without a roof) plus an amazing little Cafe to grab a coffee, cold drink, sandwiches. Cakes etc.

Rustic, simple tasty food, in a unique setting. We were there on a very windy day, so no planes were flying. Can't wait to do another visit on another sunny day with much calmer wind.

Great experience flying a Boeing Stearman, one of the few examples of this historic aircraft in Australia available for hire and joyrides.

This is far and away the best "general aviation" airport in the country. The setting, the food, the weather, the rolling hills of Adelaide's southern vales joining the coast. Come for a fly, you won't regret it.

A great flighing school and an amazing professional and family environment. I feel privileged to be a student pilot at Adelaide Biplanes in Aldinda and ive enjoyed learning from some of the very best instructors you could ask for.

Learning to fly in the Evektor Sportstar and Harmony aircraft, over the beautiful south coast, is a dream come true. I look forward to the day I can fly my family and friends out of Aldinga and share my passion for aviation with them.

If you've ever had a desire to learn how to fly or if you fancy a flight in a unique airplane for yourself or with a loved one, Adelaide Biplanes cannot be beat. Oh, the coffee is pretty good also.

What a fabulous experience a flight in the reproduction 1935 Waco sport biplane! Martyn (business & plane owner) & his staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Martyn gave us a great commentary of the everything we flew over even using our names as he spoke to us in the air. His offer to dip the nose before going into a short steep climb, then hard bank to the left (with wing pointing directly to the water) was enthusiastically accepted - woo hoo!! Flying over the vineyards and local spectacular coastline is a world-class experience.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a coffee & fabulous homemade cakes (made by Martyn’s wife) under the lovely pergola overlooking the immaculately maintained lawns/garden.

Martyn very kindly allowed me to photograph my 1941 Buick alongside his stunning Waco biplane for which I’m very grateful.

Adelaide Biplanes presents as a wonderfully run family business and is well worth visiting even if you don’t take a flight.

Got my partner a voucher for an aerobatic flight on a Great Lakes plane today and he had the best time. The service from when we got there, to the coffees, teas and cakes all the way till we left was absolutely brilliant. Could not recommend Adelaide Biplanes enough.

I'm met Gaylene at the incredible Adelaide Biplanes .
This is an outstanding business with an A grade cafe with an assortment of cakes and coffee etc.
They have four wonderful aircraft to do everything from joy flights to acrobatics and also instructional flights.
But for me the best thing is when you go into a business and as soon as you walk through the door somebody says Hi ,and throws you a smile to make you feel welcome.
