I had high expectations for Matthews - ACET Migration Services due to the flawless reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. He arrived late for our face-to-face consultation and did not provide any meaningful insights or solutions to my case. I later consulted with another agent who immediately saw potential in my experience and offered constructive guidance.

It’s unclear whether my poor experience was due to bias or some other reason, but given the overwhelmingly positive feedback from others, it seems my case was not handled with the same level of care. I would also advise being cautious about sharing too much personal information. While others may have had a great experience, I personally did not find his service helpful at all.
