We have upgraded 3 times last year , but the membership suits us as kiwis visiting family in Aussie with the ability to work remotely for 6-10 weeks a year. We are aged in our 50s with no kids and self employed making the annual fee tax deductible.We plan to use the membership for 30 + years. Using booking.com as benchmark we will get our investment back in 4 years.we plan to use the membership to avoid the cold nz winter.

Bad bad super bad worst experience with Accor vacation club. We couldn't attend the session as my husband was severely sick. I was constantly discussing with them if there are other options or if only I could attend. I even left a voice note outside of their business hours to get back to me when they could. They said with such a bad health my husband should not attend as there are other guests who could contact the illness finally Hudson said his boss will give me a call to discuss further options but I received no calls no emails no updates they just charged my card without any prior notification. I can't believe that such a big company doing such fraudulent activities. Irresponsible behaviour. Please make sure when you book with them that what are the options of unforeseen situations.

Good deals/investment. Hudson is a great rep, provided us with relatable and engaging conversation, well dressed and mannered. Without reading fully into it, this club membership is something to consider.

I recently became a member of Accor Vacation Club, and I’m beyond thrilled with my decision! Last month, I had the pleasure of staying at The Sebel Melbourne in Flinders Lane through my membership, and the experience was exceptional. The hotel’s location in the heart of Melbourne made exploring the city so convenient. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a luxurious yet comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect.

The benefits of being an Accor Vacation Club member are already proving to be incredible. The variety of destinations, the ease of booking, and the quality of the properties make it such a valuable investment. I’m excited about future stays and can’t recommend it enough! If you’re looking for flexibility and a premium vacation experience, this is definitely the way to go.

Worst investment you can ever do!!!
Extremely difficult to book your accommodation within their timeframe and when you wait for it to open they say it’s already sold out!!
Do NOT sign their finance agreement because they have very, very, very high interest rates. Consider it as a deal with the devil.
You will definitely save a lot of your money by booking a hotel.
Signed a very disappointed family.
PS, I have to give a 1 star for my review, otherwise it is ZERO!!

Got offered 2 nights in the city for $99 which was an unreal deal, only to be told we had to attend the seminar. Still, we knew it would be a hard sell but the cheap accomodation is worth it.

Do yourself a favour, sit through it and laugh at how hard they try to get you. Seminar went for an hour, often repeated themselves (points, family holidays, memories) and didn't tell you the price.

I managed to get it out of them. $30K upfront, then a $1200 monthly fee. Do yourselves a favour, book nice value holidays at whatever accom you want and you'll end up on top.

Still worth the pastries and cheap accom weekend though!

High pressure sales , manipulated statistics and preying on middle income earners to be locked in for life to a contractual liability.
The only fact that is true.I really need to provide unsuspecting consumers who may be fooled by the false promises and outright lies told to sell time share ( which is what it is no matter what they try and call it) is that over %85 of people who are locked into this scam because they signed on the line just to stop the pressure they felt at first presentation REGRET DOING SO.
If you dig deep in the internet you will find plenty of people actually wanting to give away for free or a few hundred dollars the so call ‘investment’ they paid $30k + for
Just so that they can be released from the life long on going yearly fees that come with the contract.
Even if you die they then immediately try to pressure the next of kin or offspring you nominate into taking on the liability whilst still grieving

We have had our membership since 2006. No regrets. Have loved it.
Have let our kids use it also.
Got our points returned to us through covid-19.
Office people are amazing.
I think you need to make sure you buy a membership that let's you book your holidays, at least 1 year ahead.
Planning on going to Bali next year with kids and grandchildren. Saving 2 years of points. And saving us probably $5000 of accommodation.
