I recently stayed at The Kinson in Melbourne. Being involved in Carols by Candlelight at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, I wanted to be close at hand for the final rehearsals and show night. The Kinson was located a walkable distance in my powerchair from the Bowl.
I stayed in an accessible Studio Apartment which was quite adequate for my needs. Probably more suited to someone travelling with a companion or at least someone who could stand. The crockery and glasses were stored in a high cupboard and even the bench in the kitchette was very high. I got a staff member to leave some things at bench level for the duration of my stay which worked for me. Generally all other facilities were fine although I could not make use of the balconies as they had a step. A short panoramic view of the room is attached without the bathroom (sorry).

Short stay in Mount Gambier, City Edge apartments
The apartment was great, we enjoyed our stay. There was everything we needed & more. It was spacious, modern & well equipped for our needs, would recommend to stay when looking in the south east.

My recent stay at Carinya Byron Bay was wonderfully relaxing, it has great wheelchair accessibility. The photos that you see on the accessible accommodation website are exactly what it looks like. I loved being woken up in the morning by the wonderful sounds of the birds, this place is truly spectacular and I would recommend it to anyone, I did have a few issues, nothing that couldn't be sorted but any problems that can't be solved will be taken care of by sending a text to the caretakers, also I will mention that a car is a must, there is car parking on site.

After numerous Bookings through AA since 2018, I booked a property in Inverloch. I was disgusted with the way the owner and AA handled the situation. We ended up having to leave our holiday after only 24 hours, due to the bathroom flooding and being completely inaccessible and dangerous. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Had a fantastic and relaxing stay at 100 Hitchcock. Great support and communication with the owner, who made sure we had all the accessible equipment needed for a comfortable and safe stay. Very well equipped house. We stayed local the whole time enjoying long walks along the coastline and places to eat and drink close by. Would definitely stay again.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Rollers Retreat at Rhyll, Phillip Island. The house was very clean and spacious and there was plenty of fun activities to do( Games/puzzles/ Gaming) We were close to all Local attractions and a beautiful drive to the Beaches. Great Cafe's and Bakeries, and some local Shopping as well. We would definitely recommend Rollers Retreat and Accessible accommodation for all their services to our Family and Friends.
Looking forward to continuing booking our STA,s with Accessibility Accommodation

We stayed at Saltwater Torquay accessible accommodation. The house was very clean and functional. The house was fully equipped for a person with a disability. It was wonderful having a house with a ceiling hoist! The carers were very happy with the accessible bathroom space. The family room was comfortable to be in. And the kitchen was lovely and had plenty of natural light. We enjoyed our stay here.

Travelling with my Mum who has mobility issues. Found NABSA on the internet and thought it looked good. Was not disappointed. Booked an accessible room which has all the facilities needed for someone to comfortably and safely use the bathroom as well as move around the room in general . Excellent place to stay.
Highly recommend.
