I liked the format change in the course. I thought it made it more interesting. The multiple-choice questions, to the own answer to the questions. The readings, we had to learn from was easy to understand. Everything to do the work was supplied and contact was obtainable, if we needed to reach out for assistance.

I did the RSA course: Very long process in terms of bookwork but it's well explained and the assessments are fairly written. I paid the extra to get it marked faster and to my surprise within half an hour of me submitting it, it was marked i got my certificate!! Overall, positive experience (:
