I’m am very happy that our lovely fur baby just had a great 3 weeks holiday with Acacia Lodge he really enjoyed his stay and also made some fur friends. Brooke was very accommodating and made us sure that Yuki is doing well, she sends us photos and videos and we can tell that my boy was enjoying and happy that’s why we are very glad that we found a second home for Yuki.
During our overseas trip, we never worried about him because we know that he’s in good hands. We picked him up this morning he smells good, clean and excited.
I recommend this place and we’ll be back to send our baby again with them in the future. ❤️☺️

Always so friendly. Easy to book at last minute and the crew always show genuine care and consideration to my dog. They know him now and cater to his personality and have helped him mingle with other dogs. My go to when I am away. Thanks guys. You’re all awesome.

Acacia Lodge is a breath of fresh air as they genuinely love dogs. After trying several kennels over the years, I am happy to report that Brooke and Sonny are a pleasure to deal with and my nervous Cavoodle had a great experience boarding for 6 nights. Great communication, flexible and understanding of my dog's individual needs. My dog was fussy with food so Brooke tried a few different options and communicated with me until we found something that my dog would eat (canned tuna). My dog came home happy and clean after having the bath service. They even washed our dog bed and blanket. Fantastic! True dog lovers. Sent a few photos while we were away without any added charge which was much appreciated.

Sonny, Jess, and Brooke were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I made the booking, everything was smooth and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

My pets had their own little holiday and came back happy, relaxed, and beautifully washed. I loved receiving regular updates with fantastic photos and videos—it really put my mind at ease knowing they were being so well cared for.

This was our third visit to Acacia Lodge , and once again, we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived, our two pets were so excited, a true testament to the wonderful care and love they receive there. It’s clear they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were supported every step of the way.

We really appreciated the regular updates during their stay. It’s such a comfort to know your pets are safe, happy, and in good hands when you can’t be with them. It allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our break.

As a vet nurse, I was very nervous about leaving my two staffies (aged 5 and 1) for their very first boarding experience. They’re both high-energy, and one struggles with separation anxiety, so I wanted to make sure they were in the best hands.

Acacia Lodge was fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and comprehensive, and throughout their stay I was sent regular updates and photos, which really put my mind at ease. The boys always looked happy and settled in the pictures.

When I picked them up, they came home very, very happy, freshly washed, and clearly smitten with the lovely girls who cared for them. It was such a relief to see how well they had been looked after.

I’ll definitely be boarding them at Acacia Lodge again—it’s such a comfort knowing they’re cared for like family.

We picked Acacia Lodge to look after our 2 dogs whilst visiting Sydney based upon their website and our email communication. We wanted our 2 dogs housed together despite their size difference. Acacia were more than happy to accommodate our needs. When I dropped the dogs off I the Acacia staff were very accommodating and I felt very comfortable leaving our dogs. When I picked up the dogs they were very happy, the staff were also very focused on ensuring that they had met our needs. We are very happy customers and will used them again when visiting Sydney with our dogs

Staff are extremely loving and caring for our two dogs. Lou Lou is 13 yrs old German Shepherd and Nikki is a 13 month old Cavadoddle. They were boarded together and were looked after beyond our expectations. Lou Lou has medication, and it was administered without any problems. Four walks per day and camera monitored at night and warm recycled air conditioning during the early winter blast. What more could you ask for. They are part of the family and require exceptional care when we are away and that is what Acacia Lodge provided. I highly recommend Acacia Lodge Boarding Kennels.
