i found Acacia through one of my friend. since the first day, i was so comfortable to talk with Nicole and she provided me the best advises.
since then, she helped me in every aspect of my visa application. she was very critical and guided me through the process extremely well. even checked my grammar and spelling and asked me to correct it. that how critical she was.she did all those thins to have a strong application for me. i am very much thankful for Nicoles effort and may be i was a pain in the butt.

This agency came highly recommended but was a complete disappointment. There was a misunderstanding with a skype appointment and I had to call to reschedule, however, during the rescheduling phone call with their office manager, instead of listening to me while I was sharing some important and personal information, she decided to simply interrupt me and be incredibly rude, instead of simply trying to find an alternative and actually listen to what I was trying to explain. I waited for weeks to have an appointment with them, and now I will have even more delays. Trust me, you don't want to go through this, if you are applying for a visa, there are many other agencies that can provide you with a professional customer experience, so do yourself a favor and use a better agency.
