Visited the place for my cat eye discharge problem. Happy with the quality of service. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming staff. Professional doctors who are patient and do the best for your pets. The only downside was that the doctor was running late and our appointment delayed for 20 min.

This place was the very first place I went to and it was the worst. If I could I would give this place a zero star rating I would. Their so rude and every time u ask them a question, they look at you like as if ur annoying them. A couple days ago, my dog got really sick and she got a disease we had to put her down, and they weren’t even comforting they looked at us as if they were being annoyed. The vets didn’t even give us many options, or suggested payment plans to save our dog, our hearts were broken. I’m never coming back to this place again after what has happened, and their pricing is ridiculously high. I used to bring other pets here but never again.

My dog just had surgery, the post-op care and information were non-existent and the amount of surgery information was non-existent. It's thanks for the money. See you in 2 weeks. Since the old management left, unfortunately, this practice has declined. I am so sorry about that. We have been a long time client and left this time with disappointment, questions and yes a little anger for this type of treatment, the front line staff can't do enough pitty for the rest.

Whilst the vet was kind and informative the hidden charges and lack of explanation that a simple ear and eye check would cost extra was ridiculous, this should’ve been part of the initial consultation. Over $80 for a simple ear ointment. We were left gobsmacked at the overcharging and lack of information about hidden charges. $290 later and we will be taking our pets elsewhere from here on.

Amazing team.. all very friendly and helpful. Booked my dog in today due to an allergic reaction to a vaccination he received at a different veterinarian and they fit him in and took great care of him.

From taking my call today up to leaving the business they were very welcoming and hospitable. Can't recommend them enough.
