Our baby boy is struggling with the car at the moment, so we popped on over with the intention of perhaps buying a brand new car seat as opposed to the capsule we currently have him in. Bec had no intention to upsell to us, in fact she spent the time looking at and readjusting our current capsule with some tips and recommendations to trial before we spend money on a new car seat. Her service was absolutely impeccable and unheard of in this day and age! She truly cared more about what worked for us, than making money out of us and that is the type of service you don’t see anymore. This place is amazing. I went into early labour and we hadn't had a chance to install our car seat yet. We gave it a go and when leaving the hospital knew it didnt look right. We turned up out of the blue and the lovely owner fit us in before her next appointment. Her explanation and instal was easy to follow and informative. The shop itself has amazing products. Highly recommend.

We are incredibly lucky to have such a wealth of knowledge in Rockhampton. Bec has helped with picking a car seat, pram and installing and teaching us about the car seat.
Bec kept on saying nothing is a silly question as I rattled off question after question. I have also purchased other items from Absolute Baby as there is so much stuff available for purchase in the shop.
