A work group stayed here and we were cautious about the place from all the 1 star reviews but from after staying there, it wasn’t too bad at all. The staff was very helpful especially when guiding us where to park with trailers full of work gear and put them where security cameras had clear shot on them. Aswel they held on to my hoodie that I left there for 3 weeks that I later retrieved. Sure the rooms aren’t the most glamorous but nothing that me or the others would complain about. My one complaint is the bed that I was sleeping on had unlockable wheels and wheeled around throughout the night. I will say that I don’t think this hotel is actually a 5 star hotel but I do feel it’s been slammed pretty hard by all the 1 stars but definitely think it’s worth what you pay for it.

Look for an overnight stay, the price is decent, and location is great (just off brand hwy as you enter Geraldton). Staff were friendly enough however it was the cleanliness and security of the place that has led me to give the rating I have.

I stayed two nights (one travelling North and the other South). The first room was a deluxe one-bedroom apartment. The mold in the shower and on the shower curtain was off putting, bath towel was frayed (not a major issues) and kitchen cleanliness could be better. The couch was broken and the bed uncomfortable. The second room I stayed in was just the basic one bedroom. Cleanliness a lot better in this apartment however aircon did not work and towels were not supplied. There wasn't as much mold on the shower curtain however the extractor fan did not work so the bathroom could not air out properly. The flyscreen on the bedroom window was broken and with the aircon not working, the room quickly became stuffy. There were white stains on the couch that needed to be addressed as well.

Overall, this place has the potential to be great. A simple business plan needs to be developed/ re-looked at to address the issues many others are leaving reviews on. Starting small by replacing the shower curtains and towels would be a great start and then sort the major issues one by one based on safety and hygiene

This is the worst place in Geraldton. We stayed in room 21. The door did not lock from the outside and it had not been locked when we arrived so although the guy pretended he didn’t realise the door didn’t lock it was pretty clear he did know. We were unable to leave anything of value in the room because it would not lock. We booked a room for 5 people but they only gave us 3 towels. The bathroom is covered in mould as there is no fan in there. There was large red stains on the roof that looked sticky and gross. The downstairs bedroom had no fly screen in the window so we had to leave the door open overnight to get some air. The blinds had a bunch of pieces missing - some they had tried to replace but they had been replaced with the wrong length which let the light from the street outside in all night. The location is also terrible, you can hear the trucks going past all night. The walls look like they’ve been bashed to bits and their repair patching looks terrible, they haven’t bothered to do proper maintenance. There is stains all over the carpet which they haven’t attempted to clean.

DO NOT GO HERE. this place is awful. we were too scared to sit on the sofa as it was covered in stains. mould everywhere. shower was leaking throughout the entire bathroom. curtains were stained with a mystery liquid. the ‘deluxe room’ looked like a prison cell. we could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. we left after being there for 30 mins as we were too scared to fall asleep there.

Do NOT STAY HERE. This place is a straight up crack stack. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. The rooms are absolutely filthy. Stains, damage, missing doors, mould, uncleaned showers, blood, cupboards falling apart, heater doesnt work, shower has cold water. They must have no cleaners...someone just changes the sheets, emptys the bin and leaves. The build up around the light switches, faulty handles, smashed cupboards and walls is appauling....This place seriously needs to be investigated, shut down and knocked down. I've travelled the globe and found better accommodation in third world countries. Not to mention the constant worry of your car being broken into because of the types walking through the car park. What an absolute horrible stay after a long drive and only 1 towel for between myself and partner. Either stay elsewhere or move on. What an absolute embarrassment !

Not sure why the 1 star reviews because our stay was excellent. Yes ok it isn't the flashiest or the newest. It has all the amenities you need. The on site Manager was more then happy to help with anything and everything and was even polite to a disgruntled customer who was in the wrong but wouldn't accept his wrong doing. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We will be back again.

Staff helpful. Rooms are clean and basic. However, bedsheets had small holes in it and no towels were provided for showers.

The place is a dump. Staff are rude. Extremely rundown. They also stuffed up room bookings for 2 out of 3 groups staying. I don’t recommend at all.
