We have spent 3 nights at the delightful Abby’s cottage and the whole experience was so lovely. The cottage itself is perfectly clean and beautifully appointed and the little touches that Sue provided were above and beyond. The kitchen was stocked with great quality appliances, who loves a sharp knife and a great wine glass!. A full size fridge with a thoughtful amount of breakfast supplies was so appreciated . The bathroom was complete with Sheridan bath sheets, great ventilation and a cheeky view if so desired.
The loft layout was so charming and we loved the opportunity for a wine and cheese on the lawn enjoying the kangaroos and the view .
All in all we will be finding another opportunity to visit very soon. An easy 5 minute drive into Bright makes this the perfect getaway location.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! It's super close to Bright but in a lovely peaceful location surrounded by chestnut trees and kangaroos. The cottage is beautiful, well designed and well supplied. The breakfast hamper in the fridge is wonderful and the port and chocolates were a great treat every evening. The porch is a great place to relax, look at the mountains and read a book. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night and the night following. It was the perfect, romantic, luxe stay we had desired following our wedding celebrations. Clean, cosy, relaxing, with a roaring gas fire, a locally sourced breakfast hamper which we used for both mornings, and a beautiful vantage over Wandiligong, we loved our stay at Bonnie's Cottage. My husband also really enjoyed the complimentary port. We look forward to staying here again in future. The ideal romantic getaway location!

The cottage was in a perfect setting. The area was so quiet. Just one light visible in the area at night. We had ebikes and used the extensive trails accessed near the cottage. The cottage was light, bright, clean, and had quality fit out. Everything we needed was available. The breakfast provisions were much appreciated. The stay was perfect, thanks1

We just spent a wonderful long weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary and the Knox Farm Cottage is 5 Star⭐️
Everything was perfect - location, panoramic views, classy amenities, delicious breakys, cosy and private. We’ll definitely be back! 😊

Ditto to the previous review from December 2020. We stayed here in March 2021 for 3 nights (at Knox Farm Cottage - one of 3 cottages in the Abbys Cottages development). It was exceptional. The bed was excellent, spa bath was extremely beneficial after long walks in the rain. It is set in a very quiet place with awesome views of the mountains (see picture). The outdoor furniture is very comfortable. The breakfast provisions are generous, the gas fire is fantastic. ||||This is one of the best places we have stayed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is located in the tiny village of Wandiligong about 5-6 kms from Bright. We went into Bright each evening for dinner (Sue's advice was to make sure you book restaurants ahead of time - she was right, this is a very popular area). The Cottages are also within easy walk of the Diggings bushwalk and the Wandi Walk to Bright - both of which we did.

On arrival we were greeted by the spectacular view & scent of magnificent chandelier-like yellow catkins hanging from the chestnut trees in the grove surrounding our cottage.Such a magical peaceful place to stay for three nights. Wonderful scenery, very private, exceptional quality appointments, so clean, very comfy bed, all the mod-cons, so much food, fabulous bread, port, cider, chocolates, bacon eggs etc. Favourite spot - the deck watching the kangaroos birds & bunnies. We went nowhere it was so beautiful. We stayed for four nights in the gorgeous Wandiligong valley in Abby's Cottages. This accommodation is exceptional. The cottages are surrounded by lush gardens with amazing views of the mountain ranges. You could feel the serenity from the moment you walked in the door. The cottage was spacious but still cosy, and we had everything we needed including a little supply of local produce in the pantry and fridge. Sue Nightingale, the host, is welcoming, friendly, and ensures you have all you need to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back to visit again in the near future.
