I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding job done during our recent annual day functions on 2nd and 3rd December (Lake Point Tower/ Lake Bay Apartment , Begur ). Aalap, under the leadership of Mr. Vinay, demonstrated excellence in planning, organization, and execution, contributing to a memorable experience for all attendees.

The planning and organization of the event were excellent. The entire schedule was well-coordinated, and I commend the team for their meticulous attention to detail. From pre-event preparations to the execution of the program, everything flowed seamlessly.

2. Integration of Technology and Logistics: 5/5
The integration of technology and logistical arrangements were efficient. The smooth execution of these aspects contributed significantly to the overall success of the event. Kudos to the team for ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

3. Mr. Vinay's Personal Involvement: 5/5
I would like to extend special gratitude to Mr. Vinay, the CEO of Aalap Entertainments, for his personal presence as an event manager and, most notably, as a performer. His engaging performance enhanced the crowd experience, and his graceful singing talent was truly appreciated by all. His involvement added a unique and special touch to the event.

4. Stage and Supporting Systems: 5/5
The stage and other supporting systems were wonderful. The setup added to the overall visual appeal of the event and provided a professional and vibrant backdrop for the performances and activities.

Aalap did my brother's wedding reception decorations and photography
We had agreed to the deal of hefty amount without any negotiations.
These guys really ruined the complete setup
They don't have any sense of decorations, quality of work and also have no seriousness towards their job
They ruined the complete ambience of a 5star hotel by hanging blue
They have no skill and sence of phography. Bride and groom is abruptly cropped while taking pictures. They had promised to give us edited pics with light corrections
Please have a look at the photos shared (expectation was the white and red color stage decor while look at the real work by them
They have simply provided us the dump. GEETA coordinator also refused to share the pictures with us without complete payment . And now when I have paid them , we are left with no choice but to deal with the bad quality work and memory for lifetime

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment with Mr. Vinay Entertainment. There seems to be a lack of understanding, skill in execution, and a need for improved comprehension of customer needs. The charged amount doesn't align with the perceived quality of service, and the orchestra performance fell short. The absence of post-service communication, especially when addressing customer dissatisfaction, adds to the disappointment. Overall, your experience with Mr. Vinay's service and behavior has not met expectations.

Recently we did a science exhibition in our tuition centre.
Though it was a small event, Aalap event management's magic became a real showstopper.
The whole arrangement was so well organized . Mr.vinay ensured that the layout was well planned .He personally came pre event as well as on the same day and ensured all was properly set.
The whole team was so co operative , helped us even in volunteering in the smooth flow of the event.
