“The Beach house” Lennox Heads - Breathtaking ocean views, peaceful location next to beach. Could see whales from the balcony. Large house for a big family. Many stairs on three levels if that’s a concern for elderly and young children. Loved our stay

We had such a wonderful time staying at 'Harkaway' in Byron Bay in April. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the main town, close to amazing restaurants and cafes, and to the beautiful Byron Bay beach. The house has a real holiday feel to it and from the moment we arrived we felt chilled and at home, with all our needs accomodated for. The beautiful breeze flowing through made it the perfect place to unwind and we all loved (and raced to) the day lounge on the front patio. It really is a perfect getaway spot. And we’re already dreaming about coming back!

Very disappointing experience at Kokos Beach house 2, property manager Holly was polite but ultimately we should have been advised of the onsite issues prior to arrival to give us the option to change or cancel our stay. No air con in the middle of summer in a home that advertises air con, and being given one portable air con to cool down 4 bedrooms and a living space is unacceptable. I am bitterly disappointed with the stay and the attitude around my concerns. Will I be booking with A Perfect Stay again? It will take a long time for the bitter taste to go away.

I have booked previously with Perfect Stay in Byron and been pleased with the service but my experience this time was vastly different. The property was run down, in need of maintenance and very poorly stocked with no ironing board, no cutting boards or serving plates. Although support over the weekend was excellent with the on call maintenance manager Jamie, during the week, all calls went through an external call centre. After many calls and messages I spoke with Emily who was polite on the phone but never followed up on requests, including the need to fix the exhaust over the stove. An all round poor experience in an over priced and poorly maintained property with way too much time spent chasing down A Perfect Stay. Avoid booking Beachcomber Blue. There are far better properties in Byron Bay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning property called Byron Vale, booked through A Perfect Stay. I cannot speak highly enough of this website and their attention to detail in selecting top-notch properties across Australia.

From the moment I arrived at the Byron Vale property in Byron Bay, I was blown away. The location was perfect - nestled in a quiet corner of the town, with beautiful views of lush greenery surrounding the property. The house itself was immaculately designed and furnished, with modern amenities and stylish decor.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the outdoor living spaces - a beautiful pool, spacious deck and dining area, and comfortable outdoor lounge. I spent most of my time outside, soaking up the sunshine and taking in the breathtaking views.

The team at A Perfect Stay were also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring that my stay was seamless from start to finish. They provided detailed information on the property and the surrounding area, as well as recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Overall, I cannot recommend A Perfect Stay and the Byron Vale property enough. It was truly a five-star experience, and I will definitely be booking through this website again for my next getaway.

Absolutely appalling customer service and standard. I booked baby blue for my in-laws as it was close to our home and convenient but the place was completely dilapidated, the bathrooms had mould, the mattresses were stained and the walls and curtains were filthy, I was so embarrassed! I’ve tried contacting them several times to receive compensation as the accommodation was far more expensive than most and of course no response from “Emily”. I’m a local and I’m not going to let this slide, I’ll be taking the matter further and I hope they get fined and put out of business. Absolutely disgusting “a perfect satay”!
