it's Katie!!!

hands down, we could not of hired a better day of coordinator even if we wanted to! Katie was everything we needed AND more!

my now husband and I got married October 2024 and I know for a fact it would not of been as magical if Katie wasn't there by our side. she took charge, she directed us all, she made sure we had no stress, she took charge, she made our timeline seemless; she is a TRUE master of event planning!

Not only did she go above and beyond, but she truly made sure everything went smoothly. when she got to the venue, I (the bride) was upset about something so small, she got real with me, got me back down to level, she was exactly what I needed. from the first moments to the last.

she also had a BLAST with us! she danced, she had fun, she got everything together, she made all my wedding dreams and Visions come to life!

I could not of asked for a better coordinator / event company. Katie truly knows what she's doing and I hope does it forever!!!! thank you katie, for making all our visions come true and being so unapologetically you ?!!!!

I don’t even know where to begin. Katie was not only our wedding planner but also became such a friend throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. She is incredible, kind, organized, passionate, no BS, extremely detailed and caring. She made our day SO smooth and managed to work the day without asking us a single question (aka she let us do our thing!) Katie is such a beautiful person, friend and wedding planner and was honestly the best decision we made for our wedding. We hired her to work the weekend at Taconic Ridge and showed up with gorgeous energy and took care of us without hesitation. She checked every box and we are so grateful.

I booked Katie's Wedding Day Management package and I'm so grateful that I did. She was a great advocate for me when we ran into challenges for our wedding, she always came ready with solutions and was always down to help problem solve and talk through anything. She gave great advice on how to put our wedding timeline together and made sure we had enough time to accomplish everything we were hoping for. My bustle for my dress failed right before my dance and without missing a beat, she expertly pinned it up with multiple safety pins to make sure I wouldn't trip over it during my first dance. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went well for us and always did it with a positive nurturing atitude.

I have no idea where to even begin! Katie and her team are 100% responsible for making our wedding day the absolute best day of our lives!! Everyone always warned me to be prepared for something to go wrong day of, but not a single thing did! Katie made it very clear that there were never any stupid questions, and immediately tackled anything we threw at her. She even got on the dance floor with us! We love that she isn't the type of person to just agree with anything you say, but gave us her real opinions on things that were iffy. We will never be able to thank her enough for everything that she has done for us, and are so grateful to be able to look back on our wedding day as the best day ever!

I met Katie at an event when I wasn't even planning my own wedding. Her fun energy made her so memorable, that when it was time to plan my wedding, I knew who to reach out to! Katie is the person you want in your corner every step of the wedding planning process. Katie was able to talk through every option, really hear what I wanted and also figure out what I needed without me saying a word. You are a powerhouse of a human bean!! You're down to earth, and know how to get things done. Thank you for your patience with us... I know that my husband and I are a bit chaotic and headstrong, but we couldn't have pulled off our wedding without you!

I can't imagine how exhausting it must be to maintain relationships with all of your clients, so it felt like an honor whenever you met with us in person. And, I can't believe you did everything with little Rasp-Bre bouncing by your side!! Your time-management -- and management in general -- skills are amazing.

There's no better antidote for a sour mood than having Katie around 🙂 She's fun and bubbly and doesn't let the stress of any situation break her positivity and professionalism!!
