Fantastic service, was very helpful all through the process from booking until the wedding all my guests arrived on time and were very satisfied and happy with the service they received. We had photos with the bus that took us back as well which was great because it was a white bus with no signage perfect for a wedding. I felt like I didn't have to worry about the transport for my guests and they had a great time and got back to their accommodation safely. Thank you Jeff for the exceptional service, it was very Profesional.

Great service. Communication since the first enquiry was good. Jeff was great. Bus was clean and comfortable. Turned up on time and was ready and waiting for us after every stop we made. Also no problem when we made a slight detour. 21 of us and all very happy with the service. Definitely recommend him and we'll use his service again .

The crew at Optus have been using Jeff's service for 5 years now. He provides great prompt service, is courteous and friendly. The buses is keep in great condition and is competitively price. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Unfortunately they were unable to fulfil the contract and cancelled a booking that had been agreed and deposit paid. We had booked three buses for a wedding and had an agreement in writing 12 months out, but the company withdrew 28 days from our wedding for their own personal reasons. No alternative solution offered, no remorse but deposit eventually refunded. Disappointed and recommend going for a bigger company should you need a bus for your big day.

Really disappointed that despite booking 3 months ahead and paying a deposit they cancelled 1 week before my 40th, no apology, claiming they didn't know my Yarra Valley wine tour would run all day. I had discussed the details months prior. Clearly got a better offer for a job that evening. Really unprofessional.
