Great conference venue. The restaurants and public bar were very tasteful and the decor was fresh and bright. Food options were good.

I particularly liked the menu and cocktails in the public bar. It was low key and a very chilled vibe.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Entrance to the hotel suites was welcoming. Didn’t get the check out the rooms. The entire vibe was great.

Good parking and continently located to main roads.

This review is for the restaurant only. Was not greeted at entrance. There was no sign to state if we need to wait to be seated. The waitress, Ivy, saw us and was too busy to attend to us. As a person with a disability, I could not stand and wait so proceeded to seat ourselves. Once seated, I asked her for the menus and her response was " the menus are in the box at the front". The food was decent. Customer service is really important in this industry. Very very poor service.

We ordered around 15 dishes, including entrées and mains, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The steaks were all overcooked, the linguine was bland with overcooked pasta, and the oysters were not fresh, tasting noticeably off. The garlic bread was extremely dry and seemed store-bought—if not, it’s even more disappointing. The chicken parmigiana was dry and unremarkable, while the garlic prawns were overly greasy and nearly inedible.

While the atmosphere was pleasant and the food arrived quickly, the quality was far below expectations. Worse yet, the prices were unreasonably high for what was served, making the entire meal feel like poor value. Significant improvement is needed to justify the cost.

Legit could have walked out and not paid the staff seems that eager to take our payment after eating in the restaurant and once acknowledged us after I loudly said to others with me... "well must be a free lunch they don't want our money" one staff member said someone will come soon... the person came and said what did you guys want..

So I said " well we don't have to pay for our food if you guys don't want our money"

So they finally took our money.

Food was decent.

Worst steak meal ever.
This is a review of the restaurant only. Just ate in the Steak House restaurant, ordered the 500g T Bone steak, medium. The steak came out very rare, and probably the worst steak I have ever had presented to me to date. Vegetables were raw that had been dipped in hot water, all drowned with the most flavourless mushroom sauce I have ever tasted. The steak was returned to the kitchen.
If I was a chef and had a steak returned to me, I would select the best steak and cook it to perfection. The second steak was worse that the first one, no colour on the steak, no seasoning, fat not rendered and the most grisly piece of meat ever.
There were six adults in our party, only one of guests was slightly satisfied with their meal.
I live locally to this so called restaurant, I will not be returning ever again. Thanks for making our Fathers Day so memorable, for the wrong reasons.

Cleanliness was very disappointing after travelling so far all I wanted was to relax and have a cup of tea. But seeing dust not only on the jug but also on the shelf, cup and saucer including a strand of blonde hair turned me off quickly. Disgusting ? getting charged an extra $100 bond for cleaning hardly seems fair
when the room isn't clean for me.

Your venue shows a lack of present management and obviously the owners/ management aren’t eating the food as that was the worst pub food I have ever eaten. At 100 dollars for lunch for two people you should be ashamed of what you are providing. Even the chips were inedible. You need some quality control. But I guess your venue being empty for lunch says a lot. Thanks for the bowl of cheese that was meant to be nachos. I think your chef might not like working there as that was a hilarious joke and seems like sabotage to your business.

Had dinner tonight. A fisherman’s basket with absolutely no taste what so ever not seasoned, no flavour. I don’t know what you put on the cheesy garlic and bacon bread but myself and daughter are both sick in the stomach after consuming. It was like an oily cream that stuck to the back of your teeth. Absolutely horrible! it’s normally gone in a few bites but we left it. 2 slither “potato scallops” a little bigger than a 50c coin and 2 burnt onion rings, 2 calamari rings, 2 scallops and 2 pieces, not even 1 full seafood stick and 2 tiny pieces of fish! What an absolute joke. Not to forget the dry salad on the side consisting of a few pieces of non dressed lettuce and a strip of capsicum. I don’t think we’d be coming back based on tonight’s experience.
