I enlisted the services of White Palm Event Co to help coordinate proposing to my fiancee.
I had an idea of how I wanted to propose, but didn't know where to start, also being a bloke I left it till 2 weeks beforehand to start planning. Thankfully one phone call to Tania and we were able to plan everything down the smallest detail.
She set up a surprise romantic beach picnic at palm cove with Monica's favorite champagne and scrumptious charcuterie board.
She even organized a photographer to capture this once in a lifetime moment.
And the best thing was I didn't need to set anything up or pack it away when we were done.
Thank you Tania for being so friendly, accommodating, and generous.

I hired Nirvana as my wedding coordinator a few months out from my wedding in Malibu. She did an amazing job coordinating with all the vendors that my husband and I picked out, and she also helped us find vendors for some rentals. Nirvana also did our ceremony rehearsal and she did a great job of giving us an overview and making sure all the little details for our ceremony were going to be just right. She also did my day of coordinating and she was so thoughtful and organized. Everything went so smoothly, she was also super attentive to our timeline and helped move things along. She brought us food and drinks all night and just made us feel super special in general. She also packed up my things at the end of the night when I went for my sendoff. If you're unsure about hiring her as a wedding coordinator I highly highly recommend doing it, there was no way we could've enjoyed our beautiful day without her help. She has a calm and warm demeanor and I loved every bit of working with her!
