Tanya is knowledgable, accomodating and easy to deal with. Every part of our trip planning process was simple and she listened to our requests and added her wealth of experience to additional suggestions. Hotels, apartments, flights and tours were excellent! I highly recommend Brisbane Travel Centre! The trip plan app was amazing!

I had left my travel to the last minute and had contacted an Agent I had used a few years ago, she came back with a ridiculous quote, so I thanked her and mentioned this experience to a good friend, this lend me to Brisbane Travel Centre and thank goodness for that and for 'Leigh'...she was Amazing!
Even though it was a bit of a hectic search for Leigh with a few changes from me along with the way, regarding itinerary - she came through with an amazing fare, a great airline and with a constant positive friendly engaging attitude. 'Thank You Leigh', I will definitely continue to use your service and sing your praises!

Amazing staff and amazing Europe trip! We travelled in a large group for almost a month with several destinations with singles and kids - Tanya and all the staff were able to accommodate us all and organise flights, transfers, accommodation, tours etc. Tanya gave lots of recommendations and suggestions for accommodation which was extremely helpful in determining what we were looking for. Hotels were all perfect and central! Everything ran smoothly and all of us had the best time. Definitely recommend for any trip!

I had a fantastic experience working with Tanya at Brisbane Travel Centre for our recent family holiday to Japan.

This trip was the first overseas family holiday since Covid so it had been awhile since I’ve travelled internationally with my kids. From the very beginning, Tanya was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to understand our preferences and needs (energetic 8yo twin boys) ensuring every detail was covered. She provided insightful recommendations regarding fun activities for kids, accommodation options, and tips/advice on the specific nuances in Japan, which made our trip seamless and very memorable.

Tanya is always very responsive to questions and promptly made any adjustments as needed adding a personal touch to the entire planning process.

I can't recommend Tanya enough for anyone planning a holiday. I have had previous trips organised by Tanya (pre Covid) and won’t use anyone else. I’m based in Sydney now and she’s across all the good flight routes from Sydney (and everywhere else) so my geographical location is no barrier whatsoever. Her expertise and genuine dedication to customer service truly stands out. I look forward to booking another trip with you again very soon!

I would highly recommend Brisbane Travel Centre. Just got back from a two week holiday travelling with my sister too many places in America. Brisbane travel centre were amazing booking all our flights, accommodation and all our tickets to Disneyland and all over Hollywood. I felt great comfort with them being with us not only every step of organising the trip they were also they to support us if any problem during the trip. Tanya, Philine and their team did a wonderful job organising our recent trip to Europe (March-April 2024). The mainstream flight agency in QLD failed us miserably and Brisbane Travel Centre came to our rescue!

Our cruise in Greece was wonderful. We will definitely use this agency again for our next overseas trip and tell our friends about the wonderful job they did, they were outstanding.

All of our flights that were ordered directly on Qantas were cancelled at the very last minute and we needed to get to Germany in a hurry. I called Brisbane Travel Centre to see if they could help. Tanya was amazing, she organised new flights and accommodation within minutes and it all went smoothly and we got there on time. Tanya is very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend ? Thankyou, we will be back.
