I had both good and not-so-great experiences with Flight Centre, but overall, they managed to impress me in the end. Unexpectedly, I faced some issues with my flight during my trip, which was a bit frustrating at first. However, Flight Centre quickly came up with an amazing solution that resolved the situation. Although I had to pay a little extra, I found it reasonable considering how well they handled everything.

Great having Elle Crowe’s help from the Flight Centre Queen Street Team booking flights to Samoa just recently. We had a big group booking that Elle managed with ease. I have had the good fortune to have Matt Neale from Flight Centre Queen Street Mall assist my partner in I in organizing our first overseas holiday with children.
