Probably one of the greatest customer service I've had in my life to be honest, first time flying ever and it was over seas too, but the lad Tim was very helpful in making it so much easier for a first time Flyer, always was able to answer my questions on literally everything.

Won't be using ever again. Either delayed or no response to emails. Used a third party car hire broker. Hidden fees and charges to the car hire. Terrible experience with car hire company. Aggressive upsell on pick up. Extra fees charged to credit card without authorisation.
