Outstanding Lunch at 8 at Trinity
Our recent lunch at 8 at Trinity was truly unforgettable. Food, ambience and quality everything aspect is top notch. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish.
The food with top-quality ingredients that made every dish remarkable. The standout for us was their fried chicken pizza, topped with tender strips of chicken that added incredible flavor and texture. We also loved the gnocchi, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Each bite felt like a culinary delight!
Whether you’re a local or just visiting, 8 at Trinity is a must for anyone seeking a top-tier dining experience. We can’t wait to return!

It was our first time visit and my goodness were we thoroughly impressed.

From the front reception all the way to our table, the greetings and on set of services throughout the entire experience was beyond our absolute anticipation and or expectations.

The greatest and surprisingly memorable moments not just in the presentation of a well designed architectural structure or the amazing customer service or the well presented variety of delectable palettes of cuisines throughout the menu. But the tremendously impressive waiter Nicholas who was able to take several different orders without making notes using a note pad or iPad to record it all.
We’ve not seen or experienced this type of service in years. Nicholas was also friendly & polite making conversation with our table which made our experience even more enjoyable. We felt as though we’d gone back in time, reminding us of the 80s social scene of good hearted, warm and happy feelings.

When we are in New Castle again. We will surely visit with the hope to see Nicholas again.

Well done to all the amazing chefs, waters, waitresses, hosts and all others involved. What a wonderful and outstanding establishment. And well done to the owners. You’ve perfected all aspects relating to the industry.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable dining experience at 8 at Trinity. The location was fantastic, the service impeccable and the food and drinks lived up to the hype. Shoutout to Trisha (I think this was her name!) who looked after us from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the items, and always thought ahead about every little aspect. You don’t get this level of service often…

I loved the food and the service here. Our waters were always topped up by waiters who are very nice and friendly. Food tastes amazing I’ve been here quite a few times. Definitely recommend getting any pizzas especially the garlic one. I loved the dessert I had, icecream topped with caramelised marshmallow and gold leaf. The seafood platter is amazing. Large selection of foods for everyone. Kid friendly. Fancy cocktails that will blow your mind with their fog on top. Very nice atmosphere, relaxing as you watch the water with nice furniture and house plants, you feel like you’re on a holiday and very high class. I would definitely get the burratta it’s like toasted bread with a giant mozzarella cheese puff. Portions are good size and will make you full.
