We had the best guides, Sharna and Ella, a fantastic, diverse group of 8 trekkers and beautiful days exploring stunning country, vistas and waterways.

Sharna and Ella greeted us with huge smiles and their terrific nature and knowledge shone the whole time, nothing was ever a problem and they were great leaders, very competent, caring and passionate.

Highly recommend Trek Larapinta because of the quality of their guides, well organised, plentiful food, especially given we were camping for 6 days, 5 nights in different locations.

The Super 6 was not a gentle stroll, it was a solid pace, lots of climbs, awesome views and magnificent gullies and water holes and river beds.

Prepare yourself by following their recommendations and then relish the reward of an extraordinary, unique experience.

I highly recommend Trek Larapinta; my family recently did their 3day/2night camping trek Larapinta highlights in mid July and it was fabulous. The guides were very personable and professional (we had Tash and Zara) and they related well to our whole family (including our children who are 14 and 12 and they loved them). The itinerary offers a nice combination of trekking experiences (including an 8km trek up Mt Sonder before 6:30am to view sunrise on the final day - this is something we would have never done if not guided and it was the absolute highlight). The semi- permanent camp site has everything you need to be comfortable, warm and the meals are hearty and delicious. The trip was great value for money and we would definitely consider Trek Larapinta again. Thanks Trek Larapinta for the great memories.

The 16 day end to end trekking in the one of the ancient places in the world was a beautiful experience. As a non Aussie solo traveller, this was a great way to do the complete section in a small group (we were 6 including me) with carefully curated guidance. Our guides (Michael and Annie) were excellent, very professional, full of stories of the place and flora/fauna, and so kind and cheerful. It was an outstanding service provided by Trek Larapinta from the booking process till the drop off after trekking is done. I recommend it highly for those who are considering the full section without any logistical concerns. Moisturising cream is needed if you are dry skin.

Just back from the 9 day Trek Larapinta walk. What an amazing experience. We started in freezing and wet conditions, but this failed to dampen anyone's enthusiasm. We had a great group of people joining us on our adventure, and our guides Sharna and Ella were brilliant - knowledgeable, always laughing, great cooks, and flexible to our groups needs with the unseasonable weather.
The Larapinta trail itself - beautiful, spiritual, challenging. We can only hope we have the opportunity to visit again. The sunrises and sunsets, everything in between, the flora, the birdlife, just incredible.
If you are fit, enjoy camping and bush walking, then we cannot recommend this trip any more highly - just do it!
Nor can we thank Sharna and Ella enough for such a wonderful experience - hope to see you both on the Overland in Tassie!

I went on the 6 day trek in mid-August. It was spectacular, all the more so because of the friendliness and skill of our guides. Small group, excellent food, sleeping under the stars - can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently did the 6 day itinerary and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. Guides Sharna and Zara were exceptional - knowledgeable, capable, patient, generous, and lots of fun. They also organized for my bags (which had not made my flight connection) to be taken to the campsite for me, so I didn’t have to go without my belongings for very long - who knows how long I would have been waiting if it had been left to Qantas!
The campsite was wonderful with spaces for recovery, connection and solitude - and the meals were healthy, delicious and plentiful. The walk itself - just wow. Challenging in parts but that only added to the experience. Already looking at which Trek walking tour to do next!
