The Verandah Beecroft is a place that will not disappoint. The ambience at this venue is simply beautiful. The menu has something for everyone and the chefs clearly are of an extremely high standard with each dish always hitting the mark. Perfectly cooked steaks are a definite feature! The staff at the Verandah all do a wonderful job always looking out for any small way they can look after you. One of our guests dropped their fork, and before they could even reach down to pick it up, one of the lovely staff ran over to not only assist picking it up but came with a clean set of cutlery. You will not be disappointed with the Verandah but will want to come back again and again! A true hidden gem in beautiful Beecroft.

Our group enjoyed the ambiance of the dining room and sitting on the sofas made a relaxed setting.
My eye fillet steak was cooked perfectly and I was impressed that there are dairy free options, especially a dessert.
My only recommendation would be for orders to be taken by a waitperson rather than having to use mobile ordering.

Such an epic date night for my wife and I. We were welcomed by a lovely young lady and taken to our seats. The atmosphere is epic and the perfect amount of sophistication but also very relaxed in nature. The food was delicious and the service just as great. We will be going frequently for our date night occasions in Cheltenham!

Came here with a group of my friends last minute and was luckily able to schedule a table and a spot on the greens. Beers were at a reasonable price, both the prawn tacos and chicken burger were delicious. Although it was a full house, service was top tier. Will definitely be coming back ?

A wonderful venue! Not surprised that the Thursday evening was near capacity! There was a hiccup with an incomplete main plate and a delay to sort-it-out but the staff were very good with the resolution. They graciously offered complementary dessert... delicious! The staff handled all this very well. More than happy to recommend The Verandah and return again!!! Thank you.

Very disappointed. Now when we first came to the Verandah when it opened, there was a huge lacking of of a number of things across the whole night which I let slide as it was the first week of opening and your team was getting used how the restaurant was running. But we returned on a redemption which really didn’t change our minds. At every stage from entering, ordering and dining there was lacking of professionalism. We arrived with staff barely greeting us as they were more concerned with the lawn bowls. When we ordered drinks at the bar, their signature drink wasn’t available on a Saturday night at 6.30 As they ran out of ingredients. Yes the staff were friendly, but not professional. Leaning over the furthest length of the table and quite aggressively putting things down. Honestly guys, pay attention to the quality of service you are trying to provide and attention to detail. Now for the food. We ordered the cured salmon, looked sloppy in presentation and the avocado had the stalk ends still on it and no consistency in the thickness of the slices, and the Thai spiced fish was essentially a jaffle. The pastry I thought was bread, there needed to be more yogurt as that saved the dish, and wilted garnish. The dish we were looking forward to we ended up waiting an additional hour for the shared $75 brisket. We sent this back as it was huge chunks of dry and unseasoned meat. The manager asked if the sauced didn’t make it better which at the end of the day, we bought the brisket, not the sauce. The sauce is meant to enhance the dish and not save it. The brisket the main component and was sub par. Thankfully we got a refund. The table next to us was complaining of the same of their eye fillet so I have recommended to go to the Alcott where there is much better food and service.

We needed a quiet place to have a meeting with solicitors and we were delighted with the efforts of the Verandah staff to accomodate us. We were offered a quiet separate room to have our coffee and meeting. All the staff worked with us to provide a great outcome. Thank you.
