Becky has been my reliable and friendly travel consultant for at least a decade. She now owns and runs Valhalla Travel with her husband. In all that time I have found her responsive to requests and suggestions. The best thing is that Becky, because of her years of experience, is creative in her travel advice. She often suggests different routes, experiences and accommodations that I wouldn't have thought of. This is her true value add. She also quickly gauges what level of travel and expense you want. Becky and Nick at Valhalla Travel (Active Travel) have delivered exemplary service in organising my travel for many years. Flights, accommodation and tours have all met my requirements and expectations - including reassurance when there might be a problem (e.g. recent Aer Lingus pilots industrial action - while fellow travels in Ireland were desperately trying to contact the airline, it was a relief that Becky was able to contact and confirm my flight).

I was amazed at the speed at which my intinerary was was created by Valhalla Travel; everything I wanted down to the smallest detail was included. All the costs were made available to me including alternative travel and accommodation arrangements to help make my tripmore affordable so I knew exactly what my trip was going to cost also the out of pocket expenses I might incur.

Excellent customer service. Outstanding recommendations for places to visit in Europe. Becky listened to our idea for a Christmas Market holiday thoughout Europe and hand crafted an excellent experience. She organised and booked all the trains and connecting flights.
