Grace was fabulous to work with, we could not recommend her enough!! She knew a lot of our other vendors personally and she worked really hard for us all day long making everything run smoothly. I cannot imagine having the day we did without her, she was completely on top of everything and had great communication. So many things ran so smoothly all because of Grace. The venue also had a giant disco ball hung up from a previous event and she made sure it was removed for us. She did a great job setting up our decor beautifully. At the end of the night all of our decor was neatly packed up back in our car for us. Honestly, that labor alone was priceless. She also sent up some extra food and desserts to our room. We really didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying our wedding. Our wedding night was one of the best nights of our lives and we owe a great deal of that to our coordinator working behind the scenes for us. Thank you so much Grace!!

We worked with Grace for our wedding at the Surf Hotel and could not be happier! Grace is super knowledgable of the area and personally knows most of the other vendors around Buena Vista and the mountains, meaning she works extremely well with all of them. She is organized, detailed, and on time. When the last thing you want to be thinking about is details around your wedding, she has you covered and more. We couldn't have done it without Grace and would highly recommend her as THE wedding planner.

There are truly no words on how amazing Grace was leading up to our big day and the entire weekend! Helped with our rehearsal dinner and wedding day, her communication was always quick. Grace is so knowledgable about the BV/Salida area with other vendors. Kept everyone on track on our wedding day, made it stress free for us. She was spot on with all the minor details and genuinely very kind, we couldn't have chosen a better person to help us. We had Montana as our planner and Grace for the day of and both were fantastic to work with. my floral designer forgot my hair flowers and they both made flowers for my hair happen no questions asked! i truly felt we could relax and just be present on our day which was so important to us! Would recommend without question!

It was such a great experience using Graceful Wedding & Event Planning for our wedding. Grace and Montana were helpful through the entire process. They were always available to answer all questions and even would make stops in town to talk with local vendors if we were having trouble contacting them. On the wedding day, we did not have to worry about a thing as Grace and her team had thought through all the details ahead of time. It was such a positive experience, and it made the planning of the wedding so much easier!

We hired Grace to be our wedding planner/day of coordinator as well as Lindsey to help day of. Grace was so knowledgeable and helpful leading up to the big day and kept all the vendors on track leading up to and day of. I know I am type A and when I say we had to worry about absolutely nothing the day of the wedding that would be an understatement. Grace and Lindsey thought of everything and went above and beyond, we felt so relaxed and taken care of. An absolute dream! They are worth every single penny and I cannot recommend Grace enough! Stacy Pilkington is amazing! When I say it was the perfect day, I truly mean that. Even though we only hired Stacy for day of coordination, she went above and beyond; she came to a meeting with our venue months prior and answered SO many emails leading up to our day.
