We have stayed in Punthill Maitland for almost 3 weeks.
We had a great time there. It’s newly built and meet all our expectations. The rooms are very nicely designed and spacious,with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Private parking in a closed garage is available too and is very convenient.
There are plenty of good restaurants,coffees,supermarkets and beauty salons in walking distance.
When we arrived the hotel manager Liam welcomed us personally and showed us around the hotel. He was very kind and helpful just like the rest of the staff!

Large pet friendly apartment was beautifully appointed and central to everything. On-site parking a bonus and staff very friendly. It's a new building still experiencing the odd hiccup, as they settle in (minor leak, in our case) but that's to be expected. Highly recommend!!

My friend and I stayed 2 nights here Friday 27/9 to Sunday, 29/9/2024 as we came here for the Hunter Valley Arms Fair event. The room was so nice, comfortable, and has everything we need (including a coffee machines, ironing, kettle, oven, dishwasher, hair dryer, a desk, TV, etc). The location is great. The service was good as well. Thank you so much. We will stay here again the next time we come back here.

It is a fantastic place to stay! It's pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is convenient, and the one-bedroom apartment was spacious, new, and spotlessly clean. They provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything bad, we booked our holiday but at 7:50 am in the morning they let their staff jack hammer and fix the balcony it’s super noisy it wake me up I booked the hotel because I come to holiday we had a big night last night and now we have to wake up at 7:50 am in the morning because of this. thank god I will 100% not come back here anymore. This is the worst choice for a hotel to stay in Maitland.
