You really need a good travel agent when an emergency arrives while you’re overseas. Helen is an amazing person, professional, friendly and efficient. She organised an amazing travel package for us. Found YourHolidays by chance. Best travel agent I have come across in 40 years of travel. Owner Helen is extremely polite, helpful and caring about her clients. I have no hesitation in recommending Helen at YourHolidays.
She was very efficient and helpful as well as responsive to any requests and did not begrudge the time needed to fine-tune a difficult itinerary, even though that meant quite a few adjustments and rearrangements.

I never write reviews but the stellar treatment provided by Helen Nguyen in June 2024 deserves wide recognition, so here goes...

This year we booked Oman Air to Europe through Helen for a change from last year's (excellent) trip with Vietnam Air, also booked through Helen. In the event Oman Air was terrible from changing the return date twice requiring us to stay and pay for an unwanted additional two nights in Paris; the Departure Lounge in Paris wanted 22 Euro per person to use the shower(!); service onboard was haphazard; food not up to scratch (example uncooked pasta); similarly with wines (Penfold's Koonunga Hill Chardonnay in Business? What?); and to cap it off, a delayed arrival in Muscat meant missing our homebound connection, being thereby offered Qantas Economy from Bangkok to MEL or an overnight stay in Bangkok at OUR cost to access Business!

None of this was Helen's doing, of course, but this is where Helen's assistance was invaluable. Helen answered her phone immediately and, when I explained, spoke to the Oman operative to quietly and correctly work through a proper outcome. As a consequence we were lodged overnight in the Muscat Airport Hotel at Oman Air's cost and enjoyed a Business flight home with Qatar via Doha where service, food & beverage were beyond reproach. A very happy conclusion to our holiday with the excellent assistance of Helen who cares and puts in the effort - thankyou so much - we will always book with you Helen and really appreciate all your assistance with this issue and generally.
