Held my first big event with Westport. Can safely say I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The venue was stunning, the bar staff were lovely and the drink selection was amazing. The events team were super helpful with letting us set up the night before and having all we needed ready to go. A big thank you to Nico, despite him being super busy he always kept checking up on us to ensure things were running smoothly. I'd recommend Westport club if you wanting to run events.

The Events team at The Westport Club were absolutely amazing to work with in hosting the annual Basketball Representative Presentation celebration for the Port Macquarie Dolphins!!

Steven, Riley and the team were most accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

Our event saw a record number of our members and families attending and a great time was had by all - some 250+ people!!

The event certainly exceeded our expectations in every way possible!!

The food was great, the setup was amazing and the staff were professional, courteous and had a “can-do” attitude!!

We will definitely be back and can’t recommend The Westport Club highly enough!!

Having engaged Westport Event Centre for a presentation function, I found the experience to be very easy and straightforward. All the details were confirmed before the event, and on the day the presentation went very smoothly in terms of room preparation and catering. We had a fantastic party last weekend at Westport Club celebrating Dad’s 90th and Mum and Dad’s 60th wedding anniversary. Steven, the events manager, was a pleasure to work with - professional, flexible and attentive to all our planning needs. On the day, Riley the team leader, was wonderful and we were well looked after. Food was delicious, space is very attractive and everyone had a great time. Thank you Westport Club!

We recently held a 3 day IT training session with our team at Westport in their Compass Room. From the inital booking we had a lot of changes and updates to PAX, dietries etc and the events manager Steve took all of this in his stride - nothing was ever an issue, everything was fixed in the moment and we were never made to feel like a bother - even when we turned up with extra people on the first day! The space is generously sized and comfortable, the tech worked flawlessly and the food was fantastic. Huge thanks to Steve and his event team. Not the first time we've used Westport events, and it won't be the last!

Had our reunion for NSW Police ex Cadet Luncheon here Friday 25th October, 137 people in total.Stephen Gregory and his team were ? amazing. I would like to thank Steven Gregory and his team at Westport for the exceptional attention and service they provided us at our AGM last Friday night. To go that 'extra mile' just makes the evening that extra special. As well as some well thought out decorations, the staff were there (and I mean always there) to meet our every request with a delightful smile every time.
