We had a scenic review cruise cancelled due to flooding on the Danube river. Kerry stepped in and got us all sorted with a new itinerary and bookings within hours. So grateful for the help. Service was fantastic as time zones meant Kerry did much of the work after hours. Now we get to enjoy a lovely week in Croatia. Michael.

Our experience with Luxeworld St Ives was rather disappointing……
1. Once flights have been booked and we had more questions we were advised to jump online with the airline where we would find all answers. What kind of service is this?
2. It was challenging to get hold of our travel agent ( once flights have been booked and paid for) when we had questions
3. For seat reservations we had to pay a lot of money and ended up not sitting on the seats, letting alone sitting together!! Very disappointing!
When filed a complaint to the agency it took for ever from their side and it was only their good will to at least get some money back!
In all we weren’t happy with the service they provided as in fact it was no service!
Can not recommend them and we won’t book there again!

We just arrived home from a lovely holiday to Canada that Jade from Luxeworld helped organise, plan and book for us. We had a great experience with Jade and a great holiday. She was there every step of the way and helped us with any questions we had, even down to the smallest thing like reminding us to go through and make a check list so we didn't forget anything on the day we left as we were travelling with 2 young children and had plenty of stuff to remember! I will be using Jade for all our future travel plans!
