I have been using Travel direct (Rangina the manager) for all my flights overseas since 2016. I m blessed to have such a caring and efficient travel agent. Especially once I contacted her from Istanbul for a small issue while she was teaching in college, she went out of her class to answer my call. This is called high class service. Other agents don’t even remember you once they get your money. I wish Travel Direct will achieve worldwide recognition which I believe it will as long as Rangina will be the Managing Director.
