Having been with DP Business Event's now for over 3 years my working life here has been very rewarding. The working environment includes daily interaction with colleagues who work together to get the job done on time. I have attended most of our events both in the UK and Europe. I enjoy a balanced work like experience here. I look forward to 2025 !

DP Events has a fantastic team of staff. The business events are highly professional and very well managed.

We have been to many forums in the past few years and will be attending many more. I have made large returns on my investments and feel confident in the continued success of our partnership.

Thanks to Paul, Sonia, and the wider DP team for their hard work and dedication.

Having worked for the company for 14 years, the above review is hurtful and totally not true. For someone to state the above is clearly coming from an under achieving, disgruntled ex employee.

As with any company that is fundamentally a sales office, there will be turn over of staff. This isn't a DP Events thing, it happens in every business in every industry.

With regards to commissions and payments, again this is so far from the truth. Should targets be achieved I can hand on heart tell you that you can be paid well and make a very good living working for DP Events.

Having worked for the company for so long, I can only attest to the quality of events we host. I base over 70% of my sales on past attendees which wouldn't be possible should we not host quality events.

I have made a very good career working for the owner and I plan to continue to do so for many more years to come.

I have worked at the company for almost 5 years. It’s a professional company with ambitious plans to grow and a culture where all the staff share the same goal of wanting to achieve. The company is a great place to work with opportunities to travel and work in different cities/countries.

Where to start…
The owner redefines egotism, treating staff as if he owns them, speaking to them with contempt, shouting, and swearing in the office. The CRM system is essentially a glorified spreadsheet, poorly managed with many past attendees missing from the system. That's just scratching the surface of the issues there, but I don't have the time to detail them all.
During job applications and interviews, he promises commission, claiming you can earn significant amounts, yet he never actually pays anyone commission. If you have a conversation he will just shy away and change the subject. He is a clueless and greedy individual who has managed to keep the business running purely by luck. The employee turnover rate is staggering, and it’s easy to see why.

If you need time off for a funeral or anything important , it must be taken as holiday, even if you only need an hour. The owner didn't even attend his own mother's funeral—if that doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what does. To put it in perspective.

Four out of his five children do not speak to him.
There is no sick pay unless you are in a relationship with him, in which case you receive unlimited holiday, extended time off, and special privileges. Meanwhile, everyone else has to beg to use their 20 days of leave.
He has the attention span of a Nat and will forget important things for whatever is in front of him.
I can't call this a business given how it is run. It will not progress or improve until someone with a real vision takes over. It remains stuck in the 2000s when it first started.
Do yourself a favor and either use this place as a temporary stopgap or avoid it altogether.
