Having seen V&P Events coordinate at my friend's wedding, we were incredibly fortunate and grateful to have V&P Events be available to coordinate our Hindu wedding and reception last month as well. Following a website enquiry, I had the pleasure of meeting Priya who was very informative, clear and helpful, walking me through all the services they offer and answering all of my questions.

In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Priya took over all the communication with our vendors and ensured everyone was aware of the schedule for our wedding, by creating a detailed and precise itinerary that was made available to all of our vendors and the venue.

Vee and Priya also conducted a site visit with myself, and it was then that I realised that their attention to detail, passion, and eagerness to deliver excellence at our wedding became really evident. Priya with her incredible energy and knowledge, paired with Vee's precision to the finest detail, ensured that no part of our wedding was left undiscussed which really took a huge amount of stress and pressure off us and our families. They took the time and effort to find out what myself and my wife wanted, how we wanted it, and ensured they delivered beyond what we asked for.

On the day of our wedding, they arrived bright and early to ensure the preparation was underway to ensure everything was ready prior to guest arrival. Priya, with my wife, and Vee, with myself, were both on hand to ensure our timings were running as scheduled, keeping both of us calm and assured. The both of them have an incredible amount of knowledge and know the ins and outs of Hindu weddings, which was very helpful to ensure our religious ceremony was conducted correctly. Amidst all this, they would always be on hand to make sure we were okay, handling any questions we had, issues that arose, and even finding the time to get us drinks and food when we needed it most whilst keeping a smile on their faces at all times. Priya and Vee also helped out on the day by clearing and preparing areas for our photoshoot to take place, something we didn't expect them to do but they took it upon themselves to ensure we could go ahead with our photoshoot when no one else did!

We had a last minute scare when our venue coordinator on the day informed us we won't be able to use any cold sparklers, dry ice or haze for our first dance and wedding reception. This was something we were really looking forward to and really dampened our moods. But Vee came to the rescue! He escalated our issue to senior management and arranged a quick meeting on our wedding day to discuss the issues, and with his support and dedication, we were allowed to go ahead with our wedding as initially planned! Both Vee and Priya are always on the side of the couple, and will do everything they can to ensure the couple are genuinely satisfied and happy with how their day went.

Though we only had them for on the day coordination, it truly felt like they did a lot more for us, and we couldn't have had our wedding turn out so special and beautifully as it did without their help throughout. It's the little things they do that really mattered a lot to us, and we knew we we made the right choice with V&P Events! From the very beginning, Vee and Priya were a dream to work with and I truly believe our wedding would not have been a success without them. If there was ever something we needed them to do, the answer was always 'yes' or 'leave it with me'.

We kept getting told that we were so calm on the day and I believe it's truly down to Vee and Priya for always being there and for taking that pressure and weight off our shoulders. Our guests kept saying how Vee and Priya made the whole day feel so effortless and smooth. We first contacted VP events in April 2023 for our wedding in March 2024. They have helped us plan our full wedding. We are so thankful to Vee and Priya for all they have done for us in the past 11 months. Without them, we don’t think this wedding would have happened. They literally took all the stress from us. They are amazing at what they do. Priya made sure I (bride) was calm and if we both needed anything, she was always there. Even when we both made last min changes before the wedding, they were happy to do those last min changes without hesitating. On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and that’s because of Vee and Priya. The guests were so happy and a lot mentioned they were happy with how everything went. We were both so happy we went with VP events for our wedding planning and on the day coordination and we would definitely recommend them for anyone that needs help with wedding planning or even on the day coordination. There are no words for the gratitude and thankfulness we have for the work that Vee and Priya put into our wedding. The excitement that Vee had when a Harry Potter themed wedding was suggested bombarding us with so many different HP themed wedding ideas to the meticulous execution of all the planning with the Vendors that Priya undertook. Vee & Priya were there every step of the way, even when we were lost children and kept changing our plans constantly; they had the answers to all the questions we had. I cannot stress how much we needed you in our wedding and the fact that you managed to pull off our dream wedding to the point where you understood every single minute detail that was important to us and just delivered, delivered, delivered. Both Vee and Priya were always available, even when Abi had questions at 1am in the night, we would still get answers almost straight away!! There was no way we would have managed to pull off a wedding like that without these two absolutely smashing people who complement each other so well.

V&P are the crème de la crème when it comes to wedding planners and was the best decision that we made when we started planning our wedding. They managed to keep us within our budget, told us all about the costs that may appear at the end; things we would have certainly missed if we did not have VP in our lives. Every single aspect of the wedding was planned and executed so perfectly by these guys and so much of the stress was taken away from the couple to the point where Abi was probably the first bride in the history of mankind to say that she was not stressed at all for her wedding in her Thank You Speech!!! So far, we’ve genuinely had so many different people calling us to say that this was one of the best weddings that they’ve ever attended, and it was like they were in a movie, and that was all down to you guys and all the vendors on the day! One last thing that we really wanted to mention at the end, we will never forget what you did for us on the wedding day, people always say when something good happens, something unfortunate is expected to happen. However, even through those obstacles, both Priya and Vee kept smiles on their faces and never passed on any of that stress over to us. We were oblivious to all of that till the night ended which honestly we are thankful for. No wedding planner would have been able to deal with that stress the way you did guys and we can’t thank you enough Vee & Priya!!
