We hired Stephanie for the last six months of our wedding planning journey. We had already booked our venue at that point. In hindsight, we would have hired her from the start. She was truly our right-hand through it all. Her knowledge and experience helped us navigate through the whole process. We don’t know how we could have managed our demanding careers and wedding planning without her. This was especially evident on the big day. Her team was everywhere taking care of everything. We got to enjoy our event stress free. She even reminded us of things we had completely forgotten about! Even with the inclement weather curveball, she was able to pivot and execute our plans seamlessly. Our vision of a colorful floral summer wedding came to life because of her and for that we are forever grateful. We could not recommend her enough.

I didn’t think I needed a wedding coordinator until the venue required it; after I hired one, I realized it was the best thing I could have done. I came across Events by U when choosing through a list of referrals the venue sent. Events by U, (Stephanie) was the first company I contacted and after speaking with Stephanie I made the decision to hire her immediately. Stephanie was warm and super friendly and gave me a sense of calm throughout our first conversation. Leading to my special day I reached out to Stephanie and Meili Ramos, (another wedding coordinator assigned to my wedding) several times asking for vendor referrals, advice and just basic questions. Each response was quick, informative and clear. Even during the many undecisive moments I had throughout the process, Stephanie and Meili always provided such great wisdom and insight. Additionally, Stephanie met with us several times ensuring she understood the vision we had, any family dynamics, wedding party details, etc.. During the rehearsal at the church, Meili attended and guided us through the process from beginning to end, even rehearsing it several times assuring we knew our places and timing. Meili was so patient and provided us with such calm and comfort that our families instantly gravitated towards her. As the big day approached, I had nothing to worry about – I was completely carefree. It rained on my wedding day and Stephanie personally delivered our bouquets and the boutonnieres ensuring we had them prior to the ceremony. During the ceremony and reception Meili was close by, never missing a beat. There was nothing me and my husband or our guests lacked during the big day. From beginning to end, to the way we wanted to decorate the reception space, to dealing with all the vendors, to the constant attention, Meili and Karina, (wedding assistant) provided throughout that, night nothing was missed. I can’t express how grateful I am to Stephanie, Meili and the team for everything they did, especially how special they made us feel. We were allowed to enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything or any detail (big or small). I could go on and on, but, for now if I had to sum up my review I would just say to hire Events by U, you won’t regret it!

Hiring Stephanie to plan our wedding was the best decision we had ever made! She made sure that our vision came to life. She was very professional throughout the whole process. I fought myself in adding the review now because i wanted it to be perfect just like the service i got . The service from Stephanie was amazing. Everyone loved how everything came out. Not only was everything perfect as i pictured it but throughout the process, she was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and would listen, give suggestions/ ideas and was very professional . Hiring was the best decision i made when starting the process of my daughter’s Quinces. Even when i would start to stress, she would immediately tell me not to that it was her job to do so. Even her vendor list is just as professional and responsive as her . Something important to mention, she stayed within the budget we wanted. I would highly recommend Events by u and i would hire her in a blink again.
