Would not recommend - should have read the reviews before working with them so I knew not to call them
had 2 workers come out, who watched youtube videos how to fix the problem for over 4 hours. Leave, charge me just under $1000 and the problem turned right back up within 24 hours.

Ended up getting another company to fix the problem... they took 1 hour.. didn't need youtueb... and the issue is fixed

Do not do business with cer. They did a job in December and never invoiced me. I only received an email from accounts in late January, it was only a matter of days after the invoice when the owner attended my business and demanded payment. My business partner paid cash and mistakenly ended up overpaying. Since then over the past 2 months I have been in touch 5 times for my refund with no response. Will be taking this further.
And on top of this. They did a job in the past to be told that it was ‘nothing’ and ended up paying another company to come and fix it in the end.

It's pretty bad when a company thinks they are justified in charging you for time for their staff to spend on their Ipad looking for something not asked to be quoted. This company is definitely not recommended!

Stay far away.Too expensive.CER fantastic job with complains. 3 stars . EXTENDING TIME as much as can.One day job takes 2 day and you have to pay for each trip.Service call $120 !!!
