Absolutely wonderful staff and care.
My mother was a client for 7 1/2 years in a completely debilitated condition. All the staff who cared for her gave more than a paid service. They cared for her and some of the nurses and and managers gave her love and treated her as a friend. I felt confident of my mother being in the best possible hands and that she was given gentleness and compassion, and affection; something you can’t buy.
Our family situation was extremely difficult and the individuals I dealt with were professional, helpful and kind to me in the most difficult of times and circumstances.

I cannot thank them enough.
I cannot praise them enough.

Beautiful people work there.
Trust them.

Went to look at this facility last week and was very impressed. My mum needs to go into respite care, hopefully this will be the next best thing until she can go home, fingers crossed

Most amazing brilliant place. My mother has been there for 12 months. She passed away on 10 January 2024. 100 years old. The way the staff helped us through the process of her passing with sensitivity, compassion and truth made a difficult time bearable. They looked after her so well over the time she was in their care. I cannot thank them enough.

If I could it would be minus stars! I placed my 95 year old mum in respite for 2 weeks so we could go away. She was healthy and walked using her walker, could feed herself if food was cut up, could hold an intelligent conversation. When I took her in I supplied all her medications that she needed. When I picked her up they wheeled her out in a wheelchair, she was delirious. My husband and I had to physically lift her up to put her in the car! I was shocked and the aged care worker told me to take her home and see!!! As soon as we got home I called an ambulance and she spent over 2 weeks in hospital. Mum needed lots of physiotherapy to get her mobile as well as nursing care which you won’t get at the nursing home. I later got a $208 bill from the chemist. When I checked with them all these medications were chartered! I took in her medications so there was absolutely no need for anymore to be prescribed!!! The chemist was so understanding and billed the nursing home. Mum is still recovering, lucky she is strong! My concern is to the elderly that don’t have family to see what is happening. Our elderly deserve BETTER! I spoke to Patrick at William Cape and sent an email but no response. Also her clothes were lost as well! I am totally disgusted with this nursing home and would NEVER recommend putting a loved one in there !

This facility is absolutely beautiful. We cannot recommend it enough, the care that our father received was second to none! Every single member of staff showed so much empathy, care and respect to our father and ourselves when visiting that is so easy to know that we made the right decision choosing this home. I will always share my highest praise and recommendation for William Cape!

We had to place our Mother into care and we were fortunate enough to find William Cape Gardens. From the time we secured her placement until after she passed away we could not have asked for more friendly, helpful and caring staff. Her complex care needs were met with compassion and empathy and her clinical needs were always dealt with a high degree of skill and professionalism.

I had to put my mum in respite care after a long hospital stay. They can not do enough for her and nothing is to much trouble. And after a while now mum has decided this is this best place for her, so now she's going in permanently that is due mainly to the staff.

Our father Ted was a resident at William Cape Gardens but sadly passed away peacefully on 21/12/22 surrounded by our love.
Even though dad was only there for a short time we as a family found ALL the staff very kind and caring towards dad and ourselves. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our amazing dad ❤️
